Abstract

يختص الكتاب الذي بين أيديكم بالبحث في ميدان الأدب المقارن، وهو من المباحث المعرفية الحديثة الظهور مقارنة بغيرها من المعارف الأخرى، يعكف الأدب المقارن على تبيان العلاقات التفاعلية بين الآداب المختلفة، من خلال مقارنة النصوص وتحليلها، ويهدف هذا الحقل المعرفي إلى كشف الروابط المشتركة بين الأعمال، سواء أكانت علاقات تأثير وتأثر أو تقاطعات ثقافية، أو تماثلات من باب المشابهة. تكمن أهمية الأدب المقارن في قدرته على تعزيز الحوار الحضاري ويكشف ديناميات المثاقفة، كما يتيح التعرف إلى كيفية انتقال الأفكار والأشكال الفنية بين الأمم والقوميات، مما يجعله أداة معرفية أساسية لفهم تطور الأدب وتفاعله المستمر مع السياقات التاريخية والثقافية، يعالج هذا المؤلّف مجموعة من المواضيع التي تعد من صميم الأدب المقارن، يأتي في مقدمتها مفهومه ونشأته، كذلك، كانت للكتاب وقفة مع مدارسه، مثل المدرسة الفرنسية والمدرسة الأمريكية وكذا السلافية والانجليزية والألمانية والعربية، كما ركزت الدراسة على مفهوم التأثير والتأثر الذي يعد نواة الأدب المقارن في المدرسة الفرنسية. كما اهتمت الدراسة بالتيارات الفكرية والمذاهب الأدبية من الكلاسيكية إلى الرومانسية والرمزية والوجودية وغيرها. كما درس الكتاب الأجناس الأدبية، موت وولادة الأنواع والأنماط وركزت الدراسة على الملحمة والتراجيديا في شقيها النظري والإجرائي. وكانت لتراجيديا "أوديب ملكا" جانبا من الدراسة والمقارنة بين "أوديب سوفوكليس" و"أوديب توفيق الحكيم" وغيرها من الموضوعات التي جاءت في هذا البحث. في الأخير ترجو الباحثة أن يكون هذا العمل المتواضع قد أضفى لبنة إلى الدراسات الأدبية والنقدية. This book is devoted to the study of comparative literature, a relatively modern field of knowledge when compared to other disciplines. Comparative literature is concerned with elucidating the interactive relationships among different literatures through the comparison and analysis of texts. The aim of this intellectual domain is to uncover the common bonds between works, whether in the form of influence and reception, cultural intersections, or similarities arising from resemblance. The significance of comparative literature lies in its capacity to foster intercultural dialogue and to reveal the dynamics of cultural exchange. It further enables an understanding of how ideas and artistic forms travel across nations and ethnicities, thereby making it an essential epistemological tool for comprehending the evolution of literature and its continual interaction with historical and cultural contexts. This work addresses a range of topics central to comparative literature, foremost among them its concept and origins. The book also examines its major schools, including the French, American, Slavic, English, German, and Arab schools. Particular attention is given to the notion of influence and reception, which constitutes the nucleus of comparative literature in the French school. The study also engages with intellectual currents and literary movements, spanning from Classicism to Romanticism, Symbolism, Existentialism, and beyond. In addition, the book explores literary genres, the death and rebirth of forms and modes, with a special focus on the epic and tragedy in both their theoretical and practical dimensions. The tragedy Oedipus Rex receives particular attention, with comparative analysis between Sophocles’ Oedipus and Tawfiq al-Hakim’s Oedipus, among other related subjects discussed in this research. Ultimately, the researcher hopes that this modest contribution has added a meaningful brick to the edifice of literary and critical studies.
