تشكيل الهوية الثقافية لدى الطفل العربي في عصر التحول الرقمي

This research paper aims to shed light on the process of cultural identity formation for Arab children in light of the rapid digital transformation, which has led to radical shifts in the process of cultural shaping. The phenomenon of digital acculturation has emerged, imposing new behavioral and value-based patterns. The study concludes that the digital transformation represents a critical turning point in the history of cultural formation for emerging Arab generations, carrying within it the risks of cultural dissolution on one hand and opportunities for cultural renewal on the other. It emphasizes the urgent need for effective digital cultural policies capable of leveraging technology to serve Arab identity rather than weaken it.

The digital media has undergone a significant shift in its relationship with children. They are no longer passive recipients, but rather producers and promoters of diverse content through open platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This transformation occurs in an environment lacking regulation, protection, and guidance, raising questions about the nature of this content, the motives behind its production, and the psychological and social impacts on children, all in the absence of clear Arab policies that regulate this new activity..
تأثير متابعة المؤثرين الرقميين صناع المحتوى على الطفل العربي

In light of the rapid digital revolution, social media platforms have become an integral part of the daily lives of children and adolescents in the Arab world. These platforms constitute an open space for influence and interaction with influential figures ranging from art stars, bloggers, and creators of entertainment or educational content. With the growing

phenomenon of “digital influencers” and the expansion of their audience, research questions have arisen about the nature of the influences they exert on Arab children, especially in psychological, social and behavioral aspects, which may affect their cultural identity, moral values, and their ability to form realistic perceptions of self and society.
Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the multidimensional effects of digital influencers on Arab children by monitoring psychological (anxiety, self--esteem), social (family interaction, friendship formation), and behavioral (consumption habits, imitation of risky behaviors) changes. This reading hopes to provide a clearer vision to help parents and educators adopt effective guidance strategies to enhance their positives and minimize their negatives to preserve the youth of the future.

Child-Targeted Digital Advertising: Between Persuasive Strategies and the Risks of Manipulation.

In recent decades, the world has witnessed a major transformation driven by the digital revolution, where the virtual environment has become a vital space for social and economic interaction. Children have not been excluded from this shift. With the widespread integration of digital technologies in children's lives—through smartphones, tablets, video games, and social media platforms—this age group has become a primary target of digital advertising strategies.
This presentation aims to examine child-directed advertising in the digital environment from multiple perspectives: psychological, social, and legal. It seeks to provide a deeper understanding of the phenomenon and to analyze its implications on children’s behavior, values, and psychosocial development. Due to their young age and limited ability to distinguish between advertising and entertainment or educational content, children are considered a vulnerable group that is easily influenced. Many commercial entities take advantage of this vulnerability by employing carefully designed techniques to attract children's attention and influence their consumption habits.
