They also encompass laws regarding distribution and exhibition in various markets. However, a major issue arises regarding the ability of these frameworks to keep pace with the rapid technological changes in the film industry, especially with the rise of digital streaming platforms, which raises questions about how to achieve a balance between creative freedom and social censorship without infringing on the rights of artists and the public.
