    أخذت ظاهرة الفساد المالي في الجزائر منحى خطير جدا في الآونة الأخيرة، خاصة بعد أن مست عدة قطاعات اقتصادية هامة والتي أثرت تأثيرا سلبيا على فرص التنمية الاقتصادية في البلاد، وهذا ما دفع بالمشرع الجزائري إلى وضع جملة من الآليات المؤسسية من خلال إنشاء هيئات رقابية قبلية وبعدية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، كما منحت عدة صلاحيات رقابية للبرلمان في مجال الرقابة على المال العامRecently the financial corruption phenomenon in Algeria has taken a very dangerous path, mainly after stroking multiple important economic sectors and which left a direct negative impact on economic development opportunities in the country because of the deficiency of budgets destined to finance development projects locally or nationally. That has led the Algerian legislator to put a group of the institutional mechanisms throughout the creation of before and after control bodies to prevent and fight corruption. In addition, the parliament has been given many control authorities in the public money control

    واقع جرائم الفساد في الدول المغاربية

    يعتبر الفساد من الظواهر التي عرفتها المجتمعات المغاربية، والتي أخذت أبعاداً واسعة في الآونة الأخيرة، وهذا نتيجة عدة عوامل سياسية وإقتصادية وإجتماعية، مشكلة- أي ظاهرة الفساد- خطرا يهدد هذه الدول التي أدركت ضرورة التصدي للفساد من خلال إيجاد مجموعة من الآليات الوقائية والعقابية التي تواجه بها هذه الظاهرة وتحد بذلك من حدة خطرهاCorruption is one of the phenomena known to Maghreb countries and which has grown in recent times, due to several political, economic and social factors: - the phenomenon of corruption- threatens those countries that have understood the need to fight against corruption by creating a whole series of preventive and punitive mechanisms and thus limit the gravity
