الملخص : تعالج هذه الدراسة شخصيتين بارزتين في تاريخ افريقيا جورج بادمور وكوامي نكروما مع ذكر السمات الشخصية ودورهما في بلورة الفكر التحرري الإفريقي من خلال المؤتمرات الإفريقية خارج القارة كمؤتمر مانشيستر 1945م ومؤتمر اكرا 1958م داخل القارة الافريقية بالإضافة إلى الأديولوجية الفكرية المتبعة للشخصيتين مع تطبيقها على الدول الحديثة الاستقلال كدولة غانا لتعمم على الدول الأخرى .فإلى أي مدى ساهم بادمور ونكروما في بلورة الفكر التحرري الأفريقي ؟ .وماهي الأيديولوجية الفكرية التي اتبعها الشخصيتين في مناهضة الإمبريالية ؟ . Abstract: This study deals Two prominent characters in African history. They are George Padmore and Kwame Nkrumah With mentioning their role in crystallizing the African liberation consciousness Through African conferences held inside and outside the continent such as Manchester Conference in 1945 and Accra Africa as conference in 1958. In addition to the Intellectual ideology of the two mentioned characters With execution it on newly established countries to generalize it to other countries.To how far did Padmord and Nkrumah contribute to crystallizing African liberal thought? And What is the ideology that the two people followed in the fight against imperialism?.
Factors Affecting the Quality of Student’s Doctoral and Master Research. The Case Of English Department At Khenchela University

Abstract This study was carried out to offer deep insight into the issues affecting master and doctoral students by reviewing and critically analysing recent literature on the master and doctoral experience. Qualitative research was used in an attempt to gain in-depth information and ensure that the data reflect what is happening. Findings revealed that good quality research is imperative to bring positive changes in educational system. It could be affected by supervisors, students’ knowledge and skills, and institutional logistical factors. These factors are important indicators for stakeholders in order to promote and improve educational practices.
الرسم الكاريكاتوري للشخصية اليهودية في رواية "نساء في الجحيم" لعائشة بنور

رسمت الشخصية اليهودية بملامح متعددة سواء في الأدب بمختلف أشكاله أو في الفنون التشكيلية كالرسم والنحت...وغيرها، حاولت في هذا المقال الجمع بين فنين، فن ساخر يبالغ في تحريف ملامح الشخصية بهدف السخرية وهو الرسم الكاريكاتوري، وفن تعد فيه الشخصية العمود الفقري الذي يتفنن الكاتب في رسم ملامحها وإعطائها الوظيفة المناسبة إنها الرواية. حيث عملت الرواية العربية منذ نهاية القرن التاسع عشر على تصوير الإنسان اليهودي بأوجه متعددة منها الحاقد، الطماع في سلب أملاك الغير، وصولا إلى شخصية جديدة وهي شخصية اليهود الإنساني الذي يريد أن يتعايش مع الآخرين في سلام. يهدف هذا البحث التعريف بشخصية اليهودي وكيف بدت ملامحه في الرواية الجزائرية "نساء في الجحيم" لعائشة بنور أنموذجا. I painted the Jewish character with multiple features, whether in literature in its various forms or in plastic arts such as painting, sculpture... and others. In this article, I tried to combine two arts, a satirical art that exaggerates the distortion of the character's features with the aim of ridicule, and it is caricature, and an art in which the character is the backbone of his art in which the writer draws its features and gives it the appropriate function , it is the novel. Since the end of the nineteenth century, the Arabic novel has portrayed the Jewish person in many ways, including the hater, the greed to rob others' property, up to a new character, the human personality of the Jews who wants to coexist with others in peace. This research aims to define the personality of the Jew and how his features appeared in the Algerian novel "Women in Hell" by Aisha Bennour as a model.
الوقف النقدي وأثره في التنمية المستدامة

:الملخص يُعتبر الوقفُ من المصادر المهمّةِ والأساسيّةِ في تحقيق التنمية في المجتمعِ، ولاسيما ما يَصطلحُ عليه الاقتصاديون بالتنمية المُستدامة التي تنظرُ إلى الأجيال القادمة، وبهذا المفهومِ نجدُ أن الوقفَ ــ .باعتباره من الصدقات الجارية التي يبقى نفعُها مستمرا بعد وفاة الواقفِ ــ له ارتباط ٌوثيقٌ بالتنمية المُستدامة .ومن أنواع الوقفِ الذي وقع فيه الخلاف قديما وحديثا الوقفُ النقديُّ، والذي صار من أهم مصادر التمويل في الوقت المعاصر الذي تقوم فيه المعاملات المعاصرة على النقود وفي هذا البحث سأسلِّط الضوءَ على الوقف النقديِّ وأثرِهِ في التنميةِ المُستدامةِ مُبيِّناً مشروعيَّةَ هذا النوع من الأوقاف، مع إبرازِ أثرِهِ في تحقيقِ التنمية المستدامة المنشودةِ في كثيرٍ من المجتمعات التي .تسيرُ نحوَ الحضارة والتَّقدُّمِ .الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف، النقد، الأثر، التنمية، المستدامة Article title: The monetary endowment and its impact on sustainable development. Summary: Waqf is one of the important and basic sources in achieving development in society, Especially what economists call sustainable development that looks at future generations. With this concept, we find that the endowment - as one of the ongoing charity whose benefit continues after the death of the waqif - is closely related to sustainable development. Among the types of endowment in which the dispute occurred, in the past and in the present, is the monetary endowment; Which has become one of the most important sources of financing in the contemporary time when contemporary transactions are based on money. In this research, I will shed light on the monetary endowment and its impact on sustainable development, indicating the legitimacy of this type of endowment. Highlighting its impact on achieving the desired sustainable development in many societies that are moving towards civilization and progress. مقاربة مفهومية لمصطلح الجهاد بين الدعوة إلى الدين وإظهار الدين

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى طرح مقاربة مفهومية لمصطلح الجهاد من منظور دعوي، في سياق علاقته الدلالية بمصطلحي الدعوة إلى الدين وإظهار الدين، من خلال الاسترشاد بالسياق القرآني والنبوي لمصطلحي الجهاد والدعوة، وما صاحب ذلك من تراث تفسيري وتاريخي. وذلك للكشف عن مدى قصور وسلبية التوظيف الميداني لبعض الممارسات الإسلامية قديما وحديثا لمصطلح الجهاد وحصره في صورته القتالية الضيقة، لذلك تم تناول كلا المصطلحين الجهاد والدعوة في اللغة والاصطلاح والاستعمال القرآني، مع التفريق بين مصطلحي "الدعوة إلى الدين" و "إظهار الدين" للوصول إلى نتيجة أن الجهاد بأنواعه وطيد الصلة بنشر كلمة التوحيد، وأن الدعوة تدور حول بذل الجهد والصبر في سبيل نشر الدعوة إلى الله. This study seeks to present a conceptual approach to the term of ‘‘jihad’’ from an advocacy perspective, in the context of its semantic relationship with the terms “calling to religion” and “showing religion.” guided by the Qur’anic and prophetic contexts for the terms ‘jihad’ and ‘‘call’’, and the accompanying explanatory and historical heritage. This is to reveal the extent of the shortcomings and negative field use of some Islamic practices, past and present, of the term ‘‘jihad’’ and limiting it to its narrow combative form. Therefore, both terms ‘‘jihad’’ and ‘‘call’’ were dealt with in the language, terminology and usage of the Qur’an, with a distinction between the terms “calling to religion” and “showing religion” to reach the conclusion that ‘‘jihad’’ in all its forms is closely related to spreading the word of monotheism, and that ‘‘call’’ revolves around exerting effort and patience in order to spread the call to Allah.
قاعدة المشقة تجلب التيسير وأثرها في الفروق الفقهية عند المالكية ـ نماذج تطبيقية في الطهارة والصلاة ـ

يتناول هذا البحث أثر قاعدة "المشقّة تجلب التيسير" في الفروع الفقهيّة المتشابهة في الصّورة، وذلك بعرض نماذج تطبيقيّة من مسائل الطّهارة والصّلاة يظهر منها مدى اعتبار فقهاء المالكيّة لقاعدة المشقّة، واستصحابِها في الّتفريق بين الفروع الفقهيّة ويهدف البحث أصالةً إلى بيان أثر استصحاب القواعد الفقهيّة في النّظر الفقهي في فروع المسائل، وأنّ هذا الاستصحاب يعين على إدراك الفروق بين المسائل التي يتوهّم فيها النّاظر التّشابه. كما يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين علم القواعد الفقهيّة وعلم الفروق الفقهيّة. وقد خلص البحث إلى أنّ القاعدةَ الفقهيّة تعتبر من أخصّ مستندات الفرق الفقهيّ، وأنّ العلاقة بينهما هي علاقة الأصل بالفرع، وأنّ كثيراً من الفروق الفقهية بنيت على النّظر في القواعد الكلّية للتّشريع.
منهج ابن عاشور في الرد على شبهات اليهود من خلال تفسيره التحرير والتنوير

لا يخفى على كل ذي لب أن اليهود لم يدّخروا جهدًا في إثارة الشبهات والأباطيل، خاصة في باب العقيدة، وهم يعملون عملًا منظمًا، من خلال دراساتٍ وخططٍ وبحوث، وقد قيّض الله للأمة من يدحض تلك الشبهات العقدية بالحجج الدامغة، ومن هؤلاء العلماء العلامة محمد الطاهر ابن عاشور، الذي انبرى في تفسيره التحرير والتنوير لدحض تلك الشبهات التي ألقاها اليهود وقام بالرد عليها، فخرجت ردوده على قدر كبير من الإجادة والإتقان، وتمّ تحقيق المقصود منها، في إجهاض كل شبهة والقضاء على كل أثر لها. ومن هذا المنطلق صار لزاما على الدارسين أن يسلّطوا الضوء على تلك الردود، للاستفادة من منهجها في التعامل مع الشبهات، ولقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسد هذا الباب ولتبرز تلك الجهود التي بذلها ابن عاشور في إبطال شبهات اليهود العقدية من خلال تفسيره التحرير والتنوير Abstract: It is no secret to everyone who has a core that the Jews have spared no effort to raise suspicions and falsehoods, especially in the doctrine of belief, and God has swapped the nation for those who refute those contractual suspicions with irrefutable arguments, and among these scholars is the scholar Muhammad Al-Taher Ibn Ashour, who explained in his interpretation liberation and enlightenment to refute those suspicions that the Jews gave and responded to, so his responses came out with a great deal of mastery and mastery, and it was intended to abort every suspicion and eliminate all traces of it. From this standpoint, it is imperative for scholars to shed light on these responses, in order to benefit from their approach to dealing with suspicions, This study has come to fill this section and to highlight those efforts made by Ibn Ashour to nullify the contractual suspicions of Jews through his interpretation of the Quran , Editing and enlightenment.
The Path Of The Maghrebian Unity According To The Current Of The Algerian National Movement “the Reformist Movement And The Independence One”

وقت انتهاء أداء زكاة الفطر دراسة حديثية فقهية

الملخص: هدف البحث إلى تحقيق القول في وقت انتهاء أداء زكاة الفطر، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم تناول الأحاديث الواردة في المسألة بالدراسة والتحليل من حيث الصحة والضعف ووجه دلالتها، وبيان منهج الفقهاء في دراسة هذه النصوص وتوجيهها من خلال اتباع المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنتاجي . وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنَّ الأحاديث الواردة في المسألة منها ما هو صحيح غير صريح، وهو حديث ابن عمر الذي يحمل على الاستحباب. ومنها ما هو صريح غير صحيح وهو حديث ابن عباس وأنَّ الراجح فيه الوقف، وغاية ما يدل عليه أنَّ أداء الزكاة بعد الصلاة خلاف الأولى. الكلمات المفتاحية: زكاة الفطر- صدقة. Abstract This paper aims to justify the deadline for giving out Zakat Al-Fitr. For doing so, this study will examine and study relevant Hadith on the subject matter, trying to clarify their solidity, weakness and the aspect of their significance. In doing so, the author will study and analysis the Islamic Jurisprudence opinions on the subject matter on an inductive and deductive approach. The author reached a general conclusion for this study that there are some Hadith on the subject matter that are solid but implied and implicit such as hadith Ibn Omar which is being taken with consideration ad prefer-ableness. On the other hand, some Hadith are explicit yet incorrect such as Hadith Ibn Abbas and and most likely for such Hadith to be susbended, as the purpose of evidence indicating when paying zakat after prayer. التطبيقات الدعوية لمفهوم الحوافز الإدارية

ملخص البحث: عنوان هذا البحث "التطبيقات الدعوية لمفهوم الحوافز الإدارية " رغب الباحث من خلاله في دراسة تقويمية لمفهوم الحوافز ضمن علم إدارة الموارد البشرية، ودراسة عدد من النماذج العملية لتطبيق هذا المفهوم في حياة السلف الصالح في التاريخ الإسلامي بغية الخروج بنتائج حقيقية واقتراحات علمية وتطبيقية تسهم في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الدعوية وإدارة وتحفيز الدعاة، وتمت صياغة مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس: ما التطبيقات الدعوية للمفهوم العلمي للحوافز الإدارية ضمن وظائف علم إدارة الموارد البشرية، ومدى الاستفادة من تطبيقاتها الدعوية المعاصرة؟، وتفرع عنه عدد من التساؤلات من أبرزها: ما التأصيل الإسلامي لمفهوم الحوافز ضمن إدارة الموارد البشرية الدعوية؟ وما التطبيقات العملية المقترحة لتفعيل مفهوم الحوافز في المؤسسات الدعوية؟ وظهرت أهمية البحث من خلال التعريف بسبق الإسلام وشموليته في العناية بجوانب الحياة كافة، ومنها الجانب الإداري، لاسيما العناية الفائقة بمفهوم الحوافز الذي يؤدي إلى نجاح العملية الإدارية، إضافة إلى تقديم مقترحات تطبيقيات دعوية قد تسهم في تحسين أداء الاعمال الدعوية وتحفيز الدعاة والمدعوين، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الاستقرائي، فقام بجمع المسائل العلمية المتعلقة بمفهوم الحوافز الإدارية من خلال كتب إدارة الموارد البشرية، واستقراء الوقائع التاريخية للإدارة الإسلامية المتصلة بمفهوم الحوافز، واستفاد الباحث من عدد من الدراسات السابقة التي درست أنظمة الحوافز وعلاقتها بالإدارة العامة والإسلامية، وتميز عنها في دراسته بدراسة عدد من النماذج التطبيقية لمفهوم الحوافز ضمن الإدارة الإسلامية، ويتكون البحث من: تمهيد، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة، وقائمة المصادر، على النحو التالي: - تمهيد: تضمن التعريف بالموضوع، وأسباب اختياره ، والأهداف التي يسعى لتحقيقها، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث ومكوناته. - الفصل الأول: عناية الإسلام بالحوافز وتطبيقاتها في الكتاب والسنة . - الفصل الثاني: نماذج من تطبيقات السلف لمفهوم الحوافز الإدارية. - الفصل الثالث: أهم خصائص الحوافز في المنهجية الإسلامية، ومقارنتها بمفهوم الحوافز المعاصر. - قائمة المراجع. :ABSTRACT The researcher wanted to conduct an evaluation study for the concept of incentives within of human resource management science ; and compare it with practical models in Islamic history in order to come up with real results and practical suggestions that contribute to improve the performance of advocacy (DAWA ) institutions and motivating preachers (caller to Islam ) . The research problem was in main question: What are the advocacy (DAWA) applications in Islamic history for the concept of administrative incentives, and extent of contemporary benefit from it? the sub-question, most notably: What is the Islamic rooting of the concept of incentives? What are the practical applications proposed to activate the concept of incentives in advocacy institutions? . The importance of this research showed introducing the precedence of Islam in caring for all aspects of life, administrative aspect, taking care of the concept of incentives that support success of administrative process, and presenting advocacy (DAWA) proposals that may contribute to improve the management of preachers (caller to Islam ) and motivating the invitees (people those whom called to Islam ) . The Inductive Approach was adopted in collecting scientific issues for the concept of administrative incentives, historical induction of Islamic management related to the concept of incentives, making the necessary comparisons, benefit of a number of studies related to incentive systems in public and Islamic administration . The research contains the following : - An introduction that included a definition of subject, reasons for choosing it, its objectives, approach, components, and its three chapters: Chapter One: Islam's care for incentives and their applications in the Qur'an and Sunnah. Chapter Two: Examples of the applications of the predecessors to the concept of administrative incentives. - Chapter Three: The most important characteristics of incentives in the Islamic methodology, and their comparison with the contemporary concept of incentives. - List of references.
سياق النص بين التأويل والقصدية في مقاربة النص القرآني "في ظلال القرآن لسيد قطب أنموذجا

يمثل السياق أحد الفضاءات التي اعتمدها المؤلف في ترجمة مدلولات النص القرآني قراءة وتأويلا، ويأتي في مقدمة تلك السياقات سياق القارئ المعاصر، ذلك الذي ينفتح على عالمه وواقعه، وهو في حركة زمانية يسائل فيها النص القرآني عن حاضره ومستقبله، ويعالج مشكلات الحضارة والفكر والصراع بين الأنا والآخر، ويعرض كل المنظومات في ظل السياقات المُتَجَدِّدَة. Le contexte représente l’un des espaces adoptés par l’auteur pour la traduction des multiples significations du texte coranique et de ses différentes interprétations. Au premier plan de ces contextes se place celui du lecteur contemporain qui est confronté à de nouvelles réalités que lui imposant les conjonctures d’un monde nouveau. Ce dernier est dans une dimension spatio-temporelle d’où il interroge le texte coranique sur son présent et son futur tout en se penchant sur des sujets susceptibles d’apporter des réponses et des solutions à des problèmes d’actualité en rapport à la civilisation, à la pensée et à la lutte existentielle entre l’égo et l’autre et ceci en exposant les différentes théories et approches élaborées à l’ombre de ces nouvelle contextualisations conjoncturelles.
وجوه الترجيح اللغوية عند الإمام الشوكاني من خلال تفسيره فتح القدير

أُنزل القرآن بلسان عربي مبين فكان لزاما حمله على الأوجه التي تحتملها اللغة العربية، وتزداد الحاجة إلى إعمال هذه الأوجه حالَ الاختلاف بين الأقوال التفسيرية في المسائل التي لم يرد في تفسيرها قرآن ولا سنة ولا صحيح أثر، وكان للإمام الشوكاني في تفسيره عناية بارزة بهذا الجانب، يظهر ذلك في العديد من المواضع في تفسيره من خلاله توظيفه للوجوه المتعلّقة باللغة في ترجيحه بين الأقوال المختلفة في التفسير، وسأتعرّض لهذه الوجوه بالتفصيل من خلال التعريف بكلّ وجه، وذِكر أمثلة عليه من ترجيحات المفسّرين، ثمّ أعقّب بالاستدلال على كلّ وجه من ترجيحات الإمام الشوكاني في تفسيره فتح القدير. The Quran has been descended in Arabic language. So, it must be taken in consideration all the possible meaning faces of understanding the Arabic language. The need to activate those faces increase whenever the interpretative speeches differ specially in the cases that have no clear direct Quran or Sunnah verses or even a clear trace from the prophet's companions. Therefore, the Imam Al-Shawkani has taken a great care of that side in his interpretation. This care appears in many places like showing all the possible faces of understanding in his meaning weighting according to the language grammar in his interpretation. I am going to expose all those possible faces in details by defining each face and giving examples from other interpreters. Then, I will illustrate each face with proofs from Al-Shawkani meaning weighting in his interpretation "Fat'h Al-Kadir".

إن المسلمين يتوقون لتحقق التمكين في الأرض الموعود لهم، غير أنهم لا يبذلون لتحقيق ذلك أي مجهود فكري أو جسدي، إذ يطمعون في تحقق الوعد تلقائيا. ولكن الحقيقة التاريخية تؤكد أن الوعد لا يصطدم بالحق، فالتمكين الموعود مشروط بتوفر مقدمات تقود إليه، وفي غياب هذه الشروط فإن الوعد سيتأخر من أجل التحقق، دون أن يعني التأخر في الزمان تأخر في القدر. وإن بعض الظروف تيسر تحقق بعض الوعود متى توفرت العزيمة لاستثمارها. والمسلمون يعيشون اليوم ظروفا مع شيوع مرض الكورونا في العالم، فإن إمكانية تحقق الوعد تزيد فرصها لو عمل المسلمون على تطوير وتنمية أفكارهم وتحويلها إلى تصرفات تطبيقية للخروج من التخلف الذي يعيشونه. وتحقق التمكين في التاريخ يعطي أملا في تحقق الوعد لهذه الأمة، مع قرن التحقق بتوفر الشروط التي تؤهل إليه. الترجمة إلى الإنجليزية: The possibility of empowerment on Earth in the time of the Corona Muslims yearn to achieve empowerment in the land promised to them, but they do not make any intellectual or physical effort to achieve this, as they aspire to fulfill the promise automatically. يعود اختيار العمارة السكنية بالجنوب الشرقي الجزائري خاصة ابوابها لدراستنا لتميزها بطابع خاص في شكلها وزخرفها ولكونها الاكثر تنوعا و ثراءا في زخارفها بالنظر الى سائر ابواب الانماط المعمارية الاخرى، بالمنطقة وخصصنا دراستنا بالقصور القديمة بمنطقة الزيبان، اذ تعتبر حاليا من أبرز العناصر المعمارية والزخرفية التي تنعكس عليها بشكل متتال أثر التحولات الوظيفية والمعمارية التي تشهدها المنطقة. مما أثر في هذه الابواب وأدى الي تشويه طابعها الاصلي والي فقدان عدد منها تماما، مما يحث على ضرورة المحافظة عليها بالدراسة والتوثيق. Grammar Teachers’ Beliefs And Teaching Practices : Implications For Teacher Education Programs

The current study discusses studies on grammar teachers' beliefs, teaching practices, and teacher training programs. Its aim is to highlight insights and implications in light of past findings that may inspire teachers and training program developers to take them into account for future training to achieve quality education through effective teaching practices.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى وعي مكتبيي المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية ومعرفتهم لأخلاقيات مهنتهم ، إلى جانب الوقوف على مدى إلتزامهم بها في بيئة عملهم. وتمت صياغة استبانة الدراسة باستقراء مواثيق أخلاقيات المهنة المكتبية المعتمدة دوليا وعربيا، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي. ومن أهم ما توصّلت إليه الدراسة أنّ هناك معرفة محدودة بأخلاقيات المهنة المكتبية من قبل مكتبيي المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية، كما أن التزامهم بمبادئها وبنودها محدود جدا ويعتمد على ثقافتهم الشخصية حول مسألة الواجبات والحقوق المهنية.
The Role Of Plurilingualism And Metacognition In Literary Creative Writing

This study demonstrates the impact of plurilingualism on the students’ metacognition and creative writing. Plurilingualism helps metacognition become an essential part of a successful learning environment; it enables individuals to better manage their cognitive skills. Hence, a questionnaire on plurilingualism was administered to 40 BA students to check whether the stronghold connection with the practice of writing and learners’ prior knowledge through plurilingualism exists or not. The questionnaire analysis and findings have witnessed a growing advantage for plurilingual students to develop metacognitively in literary creative writing in comparison to their mates the monoglots. ترتبط البيئة الثقافية المحلية بشكل إيجابي مع نجاح رواد الأعمال المسلمين، وتهدف الدراسة الحالية لمعالجة متعمقة للمعايير المحاسبية الخاصة بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من منظور ريادة الأعمال الإسلامية، وهذا من خلال شقين رئيسيين، ففي جزئها النظري تم إلقاء نظرة عامة على تلك المعايير وكذا عن الخصائص التي تُميز رواد الأعمال المسلمين؛ أما في جانبها التطبيقي فقمنا بدراسة العوامل التي تربط بين رواد الأعمال المسلمين الناجحين وبين تبنيهم للمعايير، ذلك من خلال إستبانة موزعة على مجموعة من رواد الأعمال وبعض المديرين الماليين وكذا محاسبين لمؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة في الجزائر، وخلصت الدراسة لعديد النتائج لعل أبرزها أن الشركات تواصل الإفصاح عن المعلومات وفقًا لخلفيتها الثقافية، وكذا بأن رواد الأعمال الأكثر التزامًا بالإسلام يضعون أهمية أكبر نسبيًا للقيم التي تمكنهم من تجنب عدم اليقين، وهو نفس الأمر الذي ترمي إليه المعايير.
