تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية، إلى مقاربة السياسات العامة في بعدها المؤسساتي من خلال أحد الفواعل الرسمية، وهي السلطة التشريعية، وذلك من خلال تحليل دور الرقابة الذي تقوم به هذه المؤسسة في كل من الجزائر والمغرب، في إطار الصلاحيات المحددة لها من أجل المساهمة بدورها الرقابي في صناعة السياسة العامة .The aim of this research paper is to approach the public policy in its institutional dimension through one of the official branches, namely, the legislative authority, by analyzing the role of the institution's oversight in Algeria and Morocco within the framework of its specific powers in order to contribute its supervisory role.
