أهمية اعتماد تكنولوجيا المعلومات لإدارة سلسلة الامداد لتتبع المنتجات الصحية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارة وتحسين سلاسل الإمداد لتتبع المنتجات الصحية، وذلك من خلال التطرق لأهم البرامج و التقنيات المستخدمة في المجال الطبيمثل نظام الباركود و RFID لتتبع حركة المنتجات الصحية عبر سلسلة التوريد،إدارة المخزون (WMS) لمراقبة مستويات المخزون من المنتجات الصحية،ونظام (TMS) لتخطيط مسارات شحن المنتجات الصحية بكفاءة، وتقليل تكاليف النقل...إلخ. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث أن اعتماد تكنولوجيا المعلومات يزيد من كفاءة وفعالية سلاسل التوريد ، كما يساهم في عدم تلف الأدوية من خلال السرعة في التخزين. This studyaims to identify the role of information technology in managing and improvingsupplychains to trackhealthcareproducts. This isdone by addressing the most important programs and technologies used in the medicalfield, such as the barcode and RFID system to track the movement of healthcareproductsacross the supplychain, warehouse management (WMS) to monitor inventorylevels of healthcareproducts, and the transportation management system (TMS) to efficiently plan shipping routes for healthcareproducts and reduce transportation costs. One of the most important findings of the researchisthat the adoption of information technologyincreases the efficiency and effectiveness of supplychains, and alsocontributes to preventing the spoilage of medicinesthrough speed in storage.
