This is particularly true for developing countries, including Arab nations, whose governments have formulated a range of policies through an integrated system of measures and legislations. These wereenacted to achieve specific objectives, primarily the development and enhancement of the agricultural sector’s performance, ensuring the dimensions of food security, and addressing challenges that affect the stability of the food system, with the ultimate aim of reaching higher levels of self-sufficiency and increasing export coverage of imports. This is done in parallel with narrowing the gap between food demand and production, both in the present and in the future.Therefore, this research paper aims to study and evaluate various policies and programs adopted to achieve sustainable agricultural development and food security, both on an individual level and within the framework of regional cooperation in a sample of Arab countries, including Algeria, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Bahrain, during the period from 2000 to 2021. The study is based on specialized global food security indicators provided by the Economist Intelligence Unit and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.Item دور وسائل الإعلام في ترويج الممارسات الزراعية المستدامة لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي(جامعة باتنة 1, 2024-11-10) نزيهة وهابي; وليد سالمThe intervention addressed the role of media in promoting sustainable agricultural practices as an effective means to achieve food self-sufficiency. It highlighted the importance of media as a vital tool for raising awareness and enhancing knowledge among farmers and consumers about the multiple benefits of sustainable agriculture. Media plays a pivotal role in shedding light on modern technologies and environmental practices that can help improve agricultural production and reduce the impacts of climate change. Through educational programs, articles, and awareness campaigns, media contributes to the easy dissemination of information, helping farmers understand how to adopt more sustainable farming methods and encouraging consumers to support these practices by choosing local products. Furthermore, media fosters community dialogue, allowing for the exchange of ideas and experiences, and encourages active participation from all stakeholders. The study employs a descriptive-analytical method to explore the relationship between higher education and the agricultural sector in developing countries, with a focus on the impact of universities in improving agricultural practices and preserving natural resources. The findings indicate that universities, through scientific research and partnerships with farmers, contribute effectively to solving agricultural challenges and promoting sustainable development, thereby supporting food security and reducing poverty in rural areas.Item الاكتفاء الذاتي ووسائل الإعلام الزراعي بين- الإرشاد والتوجيه(جامعة باتنة 1, 2024-11-10) مروه خنتي; سعيدة حيمرThis intervention provides a description of the role of agricultural media in achieving self-sufficiency, focusing on the methods and tools used in this context. Self-sufficiency is one of the major challenges faced by most countries worldwide, as everyone seeks to achieve it to ensure regional and global strength and existence while overcoming the dependency created by its absence. Agricultural media is one of the most significant means available to influence and educate the public, contributing to the development of a culture oriented towards agricultural development and the pursuit of self-sufficiency. Through our study of this topic using a descriptive approach and observational tools, we found that agricultural media relies on a variety of guidance and advisory methods aimed at achieving self-sufficiency. This includes print agricultural journalism in the form of newspapers and magazines, as well as radio and television, which have a substantial impact on rural communities. The agricultural audience is primarily located in rural areas where these media are still popular, helping to shift their attitudes, increase their ambitions, and encourage them to acquire new skills, preparing them for change and development.Item دراسة الأمن الغذائي في الوطن العربي تحليل التقرير السنوي لأوضاع الأمن الغذائي – لسنة 2022(جامعة باتنة 1, 2024-11-10) مروة طميني; دريم تيجانيFood security is considered one of the most important challenges facing Arab economies, especially after the recent global food crisis and the subsequent changes that affected food supply and increased prices. It has become essential to adopt effective strategies to ensure sustainable food provision. This study aims to analyze the report of the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development in order to examine the reality of food security in the Arab world. The study will rely on the descriptive-analytical approach by analyzing various data and statistical tables included in the 2022 report of the Arab Organization for AgriculturalDevelopment. Islamic banking in Malaysia goes back more than 30 years. After the establishement of the first Islamic bank after the issuance of the Islamic Banking Services Law of 1983. Currently, the total Islamic banking assets represent 35.5% of the total banking assets and 41% is the share of Islamic banking system financing of the total financing. Murabaha is considered the dominant tool in Islamic banking transactions at a rate of 92.7%, and in addition to being a pioneer in Islamic banking, it was able to occupy the first ranks. In financial inclusion, especially in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, where 85% of citizens have an account with a financial institution and 74% have debit cards, which supports the need to research the relationship between Islamic banking and financial inclusion in it. Therefore, the following research problem can be raised: Does Islamic banking contribute to enhancing financial inclusion in Malaysia? Relying on the descriptive and analytical approach in addition to the available statistics on the role of the Islamic banking sector and financial inclusion in Malaysia, work will be done to answer the research problem through three axes revolving around the conceptual aspect of Islamic banking, financial inclusion and then the role of Islamic banking in promoting financial inclusion in Malaysia.Item أثر التحرير التجاري الدولي على الميزان التجاري الجزائري – دراسة تحليلية للفترة (2000-2022)(جامعة المغيلي الأهلية بالنيجر, 2024-05-10) توفيق خذري; نوري مونيرةملخص: في ظل تطور المنظمة العالمية للتجارة وتهافت الانضمام اليها، وفي واقع تتزايد فيه باستمرار الشراكات الاقليمية والتي تشكل قوة للتجارة متعددة الأطراف بداية من تحريرها اقليميا، وجب توجيه الاقتصاد الوطني بأكثر انفتاحيه. وتواجه الجزائر تحديات حقيقية في إطار الانفتاح التجاري الذي يعكس درجة المبادلات التجارية الخارجية للدولة من حيث الصادرات والواردات، وستهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى ابراز أثر التحرير التجاري الدولي على الميزان التجاري في الجزائرItem Le Patrimoine Urbain Face aux Lacunes des Lois(جامعة باتنة 1, 2024-11-21) NEDJAHI, Sara; KHELIL, SaraL'Algérie fait face à des défis législatifs pour protéger son riche patrimoine culturel, malgré l'adoption d'une loi en 1984. Des problèmes d'application, de ressources limitées et l'absence de reconnaissance de certaines zones comme patrimoine compromettent l'efficacité des mesures existantes. La nécessité de mises à jour régulières des lois pour suivre les évolutions culturelles et les nouvelles menaces constitue un défi majeur. Restes de l'Enceinte Fortifiée de la Porte Fouka à Béjaïa est classée parmi les sites et monuments historiques en date du 17/11/1903, conformément à l'article 62 de l'ordonnance n° 67-281 du 20/12/1967, n° 07 du 23/01/1968. La préservation du patrimoine en Algérie est compromise par une application inégale des lois, en particulier en négligeant les zones non reconnues et en créant des disparités régionales.
