Abstract

عرفت الجزائر فى نهاية التسعينيات مجموعة من الإصلاحات من أجل ترشيد أداء الحكم ومواكبة التطورات الحاصلة، خاصة فى ظل إعادة صياغة دور الدولة وظهور مفاهيم الحكم الراشد وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وفى هذا الإطار، فقد مست الإصلاحات من أجل ترشيد أداء الحكم مهام جميع مؤسسات القطاعات العمومية، حيث أعيد النظر فى السياسات المتبعة فى جميع المؤسسات من أجل تكريس أسلوب الحكم الراشد فى التسيير، والتكيف مع التطورات الراهنة.
