Abstract

تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى البحث في الدور الذي يلعبه نظام المعلومات في البناء الاستراتيجي السليم لخطط الاتصال بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية في ظل ثورة معلومات أضحت من بين أهم ميزات العصر الحديث وتفرض على كل مؤسسة الاستثمار في «المعلومة المعالجة» كرأس مال يضمن استمراريتها وتنمية قدراتها التنافسية ما ينعكس إيجابا على تحريك عجلة التنمية بالبلد، حيث أجرينا دراسة ميدانية على عينة من وكالات شركة ترست للتأمينات كمؤسسة اقتصادية ذات طابع خدماتي وتوصلنا لوجود دور مهم لنظام المعلومات في ضبط الخطط الاتصالية الشاملة بالشركة في ظل محيط يعجّ بشركات التأمين المنافسة.
