Contributions Of International Ngos To The Promotion Of Global Environmental Governance

The problem of the environment is one of the recent international problems in the history of human societies, the defense of the environment interested many actors of the global Civil society as the international non-governmental organizations . The study aims to study “environmental governance” as a new concept and the role of the NGOs and their contribution in the sustainable development. By adopting the descriptive and historical approach, it became clear that the NGOs have always played an important role in defending this issue, These organizations have been able to manage global environmental policies through their work by focusing on Sustainable development policies of States .as a conclusion The features of NGO have allowed them to play an important role in environmental policies, but their effectiveness depends on their ability to coordinate with other actors in the international arena.
The Impact Of Knowledge Sharing Behaviour On Organizational Learning In Business Organizations

The study aims to identify the impact of the knowledge sharing behaviour on organizational learning in some firms active in the food industry sector in the region of Annaba. The study population consists of all workers at Mahbouba Company and Seybouse Mills Annaba. A questionnaire was designed to gather data. (82) Questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis. A set of statistical methods was used by the (SPSS 21) software to analyze collected data. The results revealed is the existence of a positive effect between dimensions of knowledge sharing behaviour and organizational learning.
L’économie Verte -Nouvelle Formule Pour Le Développement Durable ?

Les crises économiques connues dans le monde depuis 2008 et la prise de conscience des contraintes environnementales, ont affecté les trajectoires de développement de certains pays. Ce contexte justifie l’idée d'une «Economie Verte», qui devient dès lors une nécessité pour les pays en voie de développement, dont l’Algérie, qui doivent faire face à de sérieuses crises. Il s’agira dans cet article de réfléchir sur le concept de « l’économie verte» et sa pertinence par rapport aux valeurs de développement durable qu’il véhicule. Il s’agira également, de rapporter les expériences des pays développés ayant réussi à verdir leurs économies, et de nous interroger ensuite sur leur transposition pour l’Algérie.
علاقة استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بالمرونة التنظيمية

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في التأقلم مع بيئة الأعمال الحديثة وأثرها في مرونة انسياب المعلومات واستخدامها وتبادلها بشكل أسرع وأدق من أجل الاستجابة لمتطلبات المحيط، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن المشاكل التي تعانينها موارد المؤسسة في مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية، وهذا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعلى أداة استمارة مقابلة التي تم توزيعها على عينة تتكون من (29) فردا، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباطيه قوية بين استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ومواكبة تحولات بيئة الأعمال الحديثة. This study seeks to highlight the contribution of information and communications technology in adapting to the modern business environment and its impact on the flexibility of the flow of information and its use and exchange in a faster and more accurate way in order to respond to the requirements of the environment, in addition to revealing the problems experienced by the resources of the institution in keeping pace with technological developments. We concluded a set of results, the most important of which is a strong correlation between the use of information and communication technology and adapting the modern business environment.
علم الآثار الوقائي بين حماية التراث الأثري واستمرارية التنمية

الحفرية الأثرية الوقائية بساحة الشهداء "القصبة السفلى" تعتبر سابقة في الجزائر، وفرصة فريدة من نوعها تم تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة في مجال التنقيب الأثري الوقائي في منطقة حضرية في قلب العاصمة الجزائرية، من خلال تطبيق إستراتيجية علم الآثار الوقائي التي تهدف بخلق التوازن بين حماية الّتراث الأثري المهّدد بخطر زحف المشاريع التّنموية المعاصرة على حسابه من جهة، و تجنّب تعطيل مشاريع التنمية بدعوى وجود اثار يمنع انتهاك حرمتها، حيث سمحت هذه الإستراتيجية بانجاز مشروع محطة الميترو ساحة الشهداء، و التسيير الجيد للآثار المكتشفة بموقع المشروع والحفاظ عليها، لغرض دراستها لتكوين نظرة شاملة عن الحياة اليومية لقدماء سكان قصبة الجزائر في جميع المجلات وعبر مختلف الفترات التاريخية التي مرت بها المنطقة، وأخيرا عرض ألفين سنة من تاريخ مدينة الجزائر على الجمهور. The archeological preventive excavation in the Place of Martyrs ‘The lower Casbah’ is considered to be a precedent and unique opportunity in Algeria. Modern technologies were applied in the field of preventive archeological exploration in urban area, The strategy of preventive archeology, which aims to balance the protection of archaeological heritage threatened with the danger of the advance of contemporary development projects, on the one hand, and to avoid the disruption of development projects on the grounds that they have no traces of their inviolability, has allowed the completion of the Maitro station project is Place of Martyrs, and the good management of these archeological for preserving it in order to be studied so that we can have an overview about the daily life of the ancestors of Algiers Casbah in different fields and among the different historical periods that the region has gone through. تهيئة الموقع الأثري بتيمقاد- الواقع والآفاق

قال عالم الترميم البولندي أ. ماركوني: " ان على المرممين إذا ارادوا التفوق ان يتعلموا كيف يتعاملون مع المشتغلين بالآثار والفنون من ناحية ومع المشتغلين بالعلوم التجريبية من جهة اخرى"، وانطلاقا من هذا المفهوم لا بد ان تتلاءم وتتنوع أعمال الترميم حسب نوعية وخصائص الحالة المطلوب ترميمها، من حيث ظروف تواجدها ومادتها وشكلها ومظهرها وسماتها الفنية، وذلك باعتبار أن الأثر ليس كيانا ماديا مجردا من المحتوى الفكري والفني والحضاري، ومنه مهما اختلفت رؤى كيفيات ترميم وتهيئة المواقع الأثرية، فان عمليات الترميم ليست مجرد عمليات اصلاح التلف، بل هي عمليات ذات أصول وخصوصية، ولا بد ان تمارس من منطلق الخبرة الواسعة والدراية الكاملة بطبيعة وخصائص النوعيات المختلفة من المباني الأثرية، وانطلاقا منه لا بد ان تتلاءم وتتنوع عمليات الترميم والتهيئة حسب نوعية وخصائص الحالة المطلوب ترميمها وتهيئتها من حيث مادتها وشكلها ومظهرها وسماتها الفنية، وذلك على اعتبار ان الموقع الأثري او التاريخي ليس كيانا ماديا مجردا من المحتوى الفكري والفني والحضاري.
دور تقنية اللعب كمعيار للكشف المبكر وتشخيص وعلاج اضطراب طيف التوحد

يهدف هذا المقال إلى توضيح كيف أن اللعب باعتباره نشاط فطري يمارسه كل طفل طبيعي دورا وأهمية بالغة في الكشف المبكر عن اضطراب طيف التوحد وذلك بتسليط الضوء عن أهم ما يميز اللعب عند الطفل التوحدي منذ ولادته ومقارنته بالطفل الطبيعي، وكيف أن تشخيص هذا الاضطراب يعتمد كثيرا على ملاحظة أسلوب اللعب، وأخيرا توضيح كيف يسهم اللعب بمختلف أشكاله في التكفل بجوانب القصور التي يسببها التوحد. This article aim at clarifying how playing, as a mental activity practised by all ordinary children, has a crucial role in the early detection of autism through highliting its symptoms from brith and gow this diagnosis mostly rely on the observation of the way autistic children play by comparing them to ordinary ones and eventually sheldding lights on how playing, with all forms, contribute to the weakness that is mainly cause by autism disorders.
الحوار التربوي ودوره في الالتزام بقواعد الحياة المدرسية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر الفاعلين التربويين

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الكشف عن دور الحوار التربوي في التزام التلاميذ بقواعد الحياة المدرسية من وجهة نظر الفاعلين التربويين بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوي بمدينة سطيف خلال الموسم الدراسي 2019/2020، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (75) فاعل تربوي موزعين بين المديرين، النظار، مستشاري التوجيه ومستشاري التربية، مشرفي التربية والأساتذة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتفسير متغيرات الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها، أين أظهرت النتائج أن أساليب الحوار التربوي التي تمارس في مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي حاليا لا تؤدي بشكل أمثل إلى الالتزام بقواعد الحياة المدرسية. This study attempts to reveal the role of educational dialogue in students’ adherence to the rules of school life from the viewpoint of educational actors in high school education institutions in Setif during the academic year 2019/2020. The study sample consists of 75 educational actors distributed among principals, assistant principals, guidance counselors, educational counselors, educational supervisors, and teachers. Also, we opted for the descriptive approach to explain the variables of the current study and achieve its goals. The obtained results reveal that the current educational dialogue methods practiced in the high school education institutions do not optimally lead to the adherence to the rules of school life.
تقييم أثر برنامج التكوين المتخصص لمعلمي الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة السمعية في إكسابهم الكفايات اللازمة للممارسة المهنية من وجهة نظرهم

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم برنامج التكوين المتخصص لمعلمي الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة السمعية و أثره في إكسابهم الكفايات اللازمة للممارسة المهنية، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث استبيان (من إعداد الباحث) تم تطبيقه على عينة اختيرت بطريقة قصدية متمثلة في جميع معلمي الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة السمعية لمدارس الأطفال المعوقين سمعيا لـ 06 ولايات شرقية و البالغ عددهم (60) معلما و معلمة، وبعد المعالجة و التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةSPSS خلصنا إلى أن برنامج التكوين المتخصص لمعلمي الأطفال المعوقين سمعيا ليس له أثر إيجابي في إكساب معلمي الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة السمعية الكفايات اللازمة للممارسة المهنية. Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the specialized training program for teachers of children with hearing disability and its effect in providing them with the necessary competencies for professional practice. For schools for the hearing impaired children of 06 eastern states, who number (60) male and female teachers, and after processing and statistical analysis of data through the SPSS program, we concluded that the specialized training program for teachers of hearing impaired children does not have a positive impact in providing teachers with children with Hearing disability Competencies necessary for professional practice.
المقاربة النسوية و القضايا الصحية

يوضح فحص السياسات الصحية خلال العقدين الماضيين في معظم أنحاء العالم أنه نادراً ما كانت صحة المرأة في طليعة برامج التنمية الصحية الدولية أو كذا مخطاطات السياسات الصحية العالمية والوطنية، إذ تعاني الأخيرة من عدم الحصول على أدنى الشروط الصحية مثل الأدوية والرعاية الصحية وكذا الوقاية من الأمراض، فالمرأة أصبحت عنوان للتمييز والاضطهاد الذي يفرضه النظام الاجتماعي القائم على منطق النظام الأبوي المنحصر في الرجل. نتيجة لهذه السياسات ظهرت عدة أفكار تدعوا إلى إدماج المرأة في القضايا الصحية، وتتجسد في أفكار النسوية أو الجندر، هذه الأخيرة عملت على تطوير آليات متعددة محاولة، لإعادة دمجها في السياسات الصحية. لذاك تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إثبات أن سياسات تعزيز الصحة التي تأخذ في الاعتبار الاختلافات البيولوجية والاجتماعية بين النساء والرجال تجاه المخاطر الصحية وعلاقات القوة غير المتكافئة بين الجنسين أكثر نسبة للنجاح والفعالية مقارنة بالسياسات التي تتجاهلها، وإعتمادنا في هذه الدراسة على المقاربة النسوية بمختلف تفرعاتها. The examination of health policies during the past two decades in most parts of the world shows that women's health has rarely been at the forefront of international health development programs or such global and national health policy plans, as the latter suffers from a lack of access to the lowest health conditions such as medicines and health care as well as disease prevention, Women have become the title of discrimination and persecution imposed by the social system based on the logic of patriarchal system restricted to men. As a result of these policies, several ideas have emerged calling for the integration of women in health issues, and are embodied in the ideas of feminism or gender, the latter worked to develop multiple mechanisms in an attempt, to reintegrate them into health policies. Therefore, this paper aims to demonstrate that health promotion policies that take into account the biological and social differences between women and men towards health risks and unequal power relations between the sexes are more successful and effective compared to the policies that ignore them, and our reliance in this study on the feminist approach with its various ramifications.
مظاهر التلوث البصري بالسكنات النصف جماعية بمدينة باتنة

تؤدي احتياجات المستعملين الوظيفية والاجتماعية، الى تدخل المستعملين في مساكنهم عن طريق الإضافة والتغير،وهذا اثر على التصميم الداخلي للمسكن، وبالتالي علي واجهات المباني ،كل هذه المظاهر أدت الى ظهور ظاهرة تعرف بالتلوث البصري، تشهد مدينة باتنة تدنيا كبيرا، وسنتطرف في هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة السكنات النصف جماعية، من خلال اخذ حي 150 مسكن لمعرفة مدى تأثير التغييرات الداخلية للمسكن والإضافات الخارجية في إحداث التلوث البصري على مستوى الواجهات، حيث تمت دراسة المنهجية في قسمان يتمثلان في : القسم النظري تم تحليل كل الدراسات التي لها علاقة بالتلوث البصري ،اما بالنسبة القسم التطبيقي :يتم رصد وتحليل مظاهر التلوث البصري. The functional and social needs of users lead to their intervention in their housing either through addition or modification, and this affected the interior design of houses, and so, the buildings’ interfaces, all of these aspects led to the emergence of a phenomenon known as visual pollution. Banta city is witnessing a huge decline in its urban, and we will deal in this research paper with the study of semi-collective housing, through taking from the neighborhood of 150 residences, to know the extent to which these interior modifications and external additions lead to visual pollution on the level of interfaces, the methodology of the research paper was studied: the theoretical section, where all the studies that have a relationship with visual pollution were analyzed, as for the applied section: visual pollution aspects are monitored and analyzed.
المقاربة الجينيالوجية لبراديغم الحراك والثورة عند فريديريك نيتشه

يعد مفهوم الحراك من البراديغمات الجديدة التي تعني إحداث القطيعة مع الوضع السابق واستبداله بوضع آخر للحياة، فالثورات العظيمة هي التي جاءت نتيجة الضغط الجماهيري النابع من حالات الاستبداد والقمع التي عايشتها الشعوب من خلال الأنظمة الديكتاتورية التي اشتهرت بالقمع وقهر الحريات، وهي حركات شعبية وسلمية أشعل فتيلها شبّان من جميع أطياف المجتمع هدفهم واحد هو الخروج إلى الشارع وكسر حاجز الصمت واسترجاع الحريات المغتصبة، وسلاحهم في ذلك شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ،إنها ثورة على كل الثورات السابقة. The concept of popular movement is one of the new paradigms that mean creating a rupture with the previous situation and replacing it with another situation for life. Great revolutions are the result of the public pressure stemming from the situations of tyranny and oppression that people experienced through dictatorial regimes that were known for their oppression of freedoms, and they are popular and peaceful movements that are sparked by youth from all walks of society whose goal is one to go out to the street and break the silence and restore usurped freedoms, it is a revolution against all previous revolutions.
بناء مركب أمني اقليمي مغاربي في ظل الصراعات الداخلية والتحديات الخارجية وانعكاساته على أمن المتوسط

تهدف هذه المقالة إلى إبراز أثر الصراعات الداخلية والتحديات الخارجية في المنطقة المغاربية على بناء مركب أمني اقليمي مغاربي وانعكاساته على أمن المتوسط، عبر التركيز على أهمية هذه المنطقة في السياسة الدولية، خاصة في ظل التهديدات الأمنية والأزمات المتنوعة التي تشهدها المنطقة منذ نهاية الحرب الباردة، وتحدد الدراسة أهم الأسباب المعيقة للتكامل في منطقة المغرب العربي والتي تتنوع بين أسباب داخلية وخارجية وانعكاساتها على بناء مركب أمني إقليمي مغاربي. The aim of this article is to highlight the impact of internal conflicts and external challenges in the Maghreb on the construction of a Maghreb regional security complex and its implications for the security of the Mediterranean by focusing on the importance of this region in international politics, especially in light of security threats and various crises occurring in the region since the end of the Cold War. The study is the most important reason for the integration of the Maghreb region, which varies between internal and external reasons and its implications for building a Maghreb regional security complex.
الصحراء الغربية - من الكفاح المسلح إلى الدبلوماسية الالكترونية

تستكشف هذه الدراسة المكانة الجيو سياسية لمنطقة شمال شرق آسيا في الإستراتيجية الأمريكية من خلال توظيف الوقائع والمعطيات وتسليط الضوء على أهم النظريات والتصورات الجيو سياسية التي عنيت بدراسة المنطقة ذات الاهتمام المتزايد من قبل الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في إستراتيجيتها العالمية؛ لما لها من وزن اقتصادي وسياسي وعسكري كبير، حيث تسعى لمحاولة السيطرة والتحكم فيها من اجل احتواء القوى الصاعدة، ومنع قيام أي تحالف بالمنطقة قد يمس بمصالحها الحيوية ويقوض دعائم تفوقها العالمي. This study explores the geo-political status of Northeast Asia in the American strategy by employing facts and data and shedding light on the most important geopolitical theories and perceptions that concerned with studying the region of increasing interest by the United States of America in its global strategy because of its great economic, political and military weight, It seeks to try to control and control it in order to contain the rising powers, and to prevent any coalition in the region that might harm its vital interests and undermine the pillars of its global supremacy .
انعكاسات الثورة الأمريكية في الشؤون العسكرية على سياسة الدفاع الروسية و الصينية

تعتبر الثورة في الشؤون العسكرية إحدى أهم المواضيع التي تطرّق إليها المنظرين الاستراتيجيين والمحللين العسكريين عبر العالم، حيث بدأ الجدال بشأنها منذ التفوّق العسكري الأمريكي في حرب الخليج الثانية عام 1991، و خروج أمريكا منتصرة عسكريا و سياسيا. وبما أن هناك منافسة استراتيجية دائمة بين الدول و بالخصوص القوى العظمى و خصوصا في الجانب العسكري فإن اكتساب التكنولوجيا العسكرية، المنظومات الدفاعية الأكثر حداثة و تطوير التفكير الاستراتيجي من خلال الانتصار في الحروب و فعالية في ردع المنافسين هي الأسس التي تبنتها كل من روسيا و الصين. بناء على هذا تسعى الدراسة إلى وصف انتشار مضامين و أسس الثورة الأمريكية في الشؤون العسكرية في كل من روسيا و الصين و عرض الاستراتيجيات المضادة التي تم تبنيها لتحقيق التفوق الاستراتيجي . The revolution in military affairs is one of the most important topics addressed by strategic theorists and military analysts across the world, where the debate began about it since the American military superiority in the second Gulf War in 1991, and the exit of America victorious militarily and politically. Since there is a permanent strategic competition between countries, especially the great powers (on the military side) the acquisition of military technology, more modern defense systems and the development of strategic thinking through victory in wars and effective in deterring competitors are the foundations adopted by Russia and China. Based on this, the study seeks to describe the spread of the contents and foundations of the American Revolution in military affairs in Russia and China, and to present counter strategies that were adopted to achieve strategic superiority.
منظور الأمن القومي الروسي تجاه الحيز الجيواستراتيجي الأوراسي

تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية تحليل التوجه الجيواستراتيجي الروسي نحو منطقة أوراسيا بما يتواءم ومصالح روسيا، وكذا أمنها القومي وتحديد الخطوط العريضة لحدود الحزام الأمني الجيو استراتيجي لروسيا، التي تنوي نفض الغبار عن نفوذها بعد الانتكاسة التاريخية التي أعقبت سقوط الاتحاد السوفييتي، عبر رسم قواعد دولية جديدة في تحركها، لتحمي ما تبقى من العمق الجغرافي الكبير الذي تحوزه، وكذا نفوذها الذي ورثته عن الاتحاد السوفييتي في مختلف مناطق أوراسيا وأقاليمها. This paper attempts to analyze the Russian geostrategical orientation towards the Eurasia region in a manner consistent with Russia’s intrests as well as its national security and to define the outlines of the borders of the geo-strategic security for Russia, which intends to shake off its influence after the historical setback that followed the fall of the Soviet Union in various regions and territtories of Eurasia.

سيتم في هذا البحث التركيز على أحد السياسات الصينية من أجل التوسع الخارجي إقليميا ودوليا في إطار ما تراه حفاظا على مصالحها ومكانتها الدولية، متبعة في ذلك مجموعة من السياسات الإقتصادية والتجارية والعسكرية، والتي إتضحت بشكل كبير في عهد الرئيس الصيني "شي جين بينغ" منذ سنة 2013، لذلك يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة جيوسياسية الصين من خلال إعتمادها على إستراتيجية عقد الؤلؤ، وفق المنظور الإستراتيجي الصيني، مع تبيان مختلف تحدياتها ورهاناتها خاصة من طرف الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. In this research, we will focus on one of the Chinese policies for external expansion regionally and internationally in the framework of what you see in order to preserve its interests and international standing, followed by a set of economic, trade and military policies, which were made clear during the era of Chinese President "Xi Jinping" a year ago 2013, therefore, this research aims to study the geopolitics of China through its dependence on the strategy of the pearl contract, according to the Chinese strategic perspective, while showing various challenges and stakes, especially by the United States of America.
الأوراسية الروسية في مواجهة المد الأطلسي

تستهدف هذه الدراسة تتبع مسار الأزمة الأوكرانية وتحليلها بعد التوتر العالمي الذي أحدثته بين القوى الكبرى على الساحة الدولية، من خلال محاولة الربط بين موقعها الجغرافي وصراع القوى الغربية مع روسيا لاسيما بعد طموح أوكرانيا الانضمام إلى المنظومة الأوربية- الأطلسية. كما تثير هذه الدراسة العديد من القضايا التي ساهمت في تطور الأزمة الأوكرانية بدءا من تقويض الشراكة الشرقية مع الاتحاد الأوروبي، مرورا بضم شبه جزيرة القرم، والنزاع في شرق أوكرانيا، ووصولا إلى النزاع الروسي- الأوكراني حول مضيق كيرتش وبحر آزوف. بالإضافة إلى أنها تحاول معرفة المنحى الذي اتبعته أوكرانيا بعد الضم الروسي لشبه جزيرة القرم، إن كانت أوكرانيا قد اختارت الأوراسية الروسية بديلا عن الطموح الأوروبي- الأطلسي، أم ان هاجس التوجه الغربي حال دون عودتها إلى المظلة السوفياتية كما كانت في عهد سابق. This study aims to track the course of the Ukrainian crisis and analyze it after the global tension that caused it among the major powers on the international stage, by trying to link its geographical location and the struggle of Western powers with Russia, more particularly after Ukraine's desire to join the Euro-Atlantic regime. This study also raises many issues that developed the Ukrainian crisis and this is undermining the Eastern Partnership with the European Union, through the annexation of Crimea, and the conflict in eastern Ukraine, and up to the dispute over the Kerch Strait and the Sea of Azov. This study tries to find out what Ukraine's path was after the annexation of the Crimea to Russia, whether Ukraine chose Eurasian Russia as a substitute for Euro-Atlantic ambition, or whether the obsession with the West prevented its return to Soviet domination as before.
السياسة الخارجية القطرية في إقليم مضطرب

منذ سنة 1995، سعت قطر بقيادتها الجديدة إلى إعادة توجيه دفة سياستها الخارجية نحو البحث عن إستقالية في محيطها العربي، والطموح لدور خارجي أكبر من حجمها الجغرافي والسكاني، وهذا بالاستثمار في القوة الناعمة نظرا لافتقادها لمقومات القوة الصلبة، وعليه ستسلط الورقة الضوء على سياقات الصعود القطري على المستوى الإقليمي، ومصادر القوة الناعمة التي استطاعت من خلالها الدولة البروز كفاعل مؤثر في المنطقة دون إغفالها لهواجسها الأمنية باعتبارها دولة صغيرة، وكيف ساهمت الإنتفاضات العربية لسنة 2011 في خلق فرصة تاريخية للسياسة الخارجية القطرية لتضخيم دورها الإقليمي وتحقيق أهدافها في ضوء المعطيات التي أفرزها الحراك العربي والسقوط المتوالي للأنظمة السلطوية والفوضى التي أتبعت ذلك.
