تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أهم التحولات التي يشهدها الإتحاد الأوروبي بعد الخروج البريطاني من أسباب وتداعيات، قد تؤثر على مساره التكاملي في القارة، وإلى معرفة تاريخ العلاقات التي برزت أثناء إنضمام بريطانيا له، وإعطاء أهم السيناريوهات التي يمكن أن يمر بها مستقبل الإتحاد في ظل هذا الخروج، الذي قد يزعزع التركيبة التكاملية لهذه التجربة ويدمر علاقات دول الإتحاد، كما يمكن أن يكون حافز رئيسي لخروج دول أخرى من الإتحاد الأوروبي.ومحاولة الكشف عن العلاقات الجديدة مابين التحالف الثلاثي AUKUS"". الذي برز بعد خروج بريطانيا مباشرة منه والذي كان في سبتمبر 2021،من خلال الاتفاقية التي أبرمتها بريطانيا مع كل من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية و استراليا،في الجانب الأمني والدفاعي . This study seeks to reveal the most important transformations that the European Union is witnessing after the British exit from the causes and repercussions, which may affect its integration path on the continent, and to know the history of the relations that emerged during Britain’s accession to it, and to give the most important scenarios that the future of the Union can go through in light of This exit, which may destabilize the integrative structure of this experience and destroy the relations of the countries of the Union. It could also be a major catalyst for the exit of other countries from the European Union.and the study of the new relations between the triple alliance. Which emerged immediately after Britain’s exit from it, which was in September 2021, through the agreement concluded by Britain with both the United States of America and Australia, in the security and defense .
La Promotion Immobiliere En Algerie Lecture Critique Des Dispositions De La Loi N° 11-04 Du 17-02-2011 Fixant Les Regles Regissant L’activite De Promotion Immobiliere

Comme c’est le cas des différents secteurs économiques, la promotion immobilière étant une filiale du secteur de bâtiment, joue un rôle crucial dans la relance des économies des pays, en matière de création de richesse et de l’emploi. A partir de cette introduction, nous exposons la problématique de cette étude qui s’articule sur la timidité de contribution de la branche de promotion immobilière dans le développement de l’économie nationale. Pour répondre à cette problématique, nous recourons à la méthode analytiquo-descriptive, ainsi que la méthode comparative. En résultant à la fin que l’ambigüité des textes, la lourdeur du système bancaire sont des facteurs déterminants de la nature du rôle de cette branche. Abstract: As is the case with different economic sectors, real estate development being a subsidiary of the building sector, plays a crucial role in reviving the national economies of countries, in terms of creating wealth and employment. From this introduction, we expose the problem of this study which is articulated on the timidity of contribution of the real estate promotion’s branch in the development of the national economy. To answer this problem, we use the analytical-descriptive method, as well as the comparative method. Resulting in the end that the ambiguity of the texts, the heaviness of the banking system are determining factors of the nature’s role of this branch.
Soft Skills Development Among Efl Students At Batna-2 University

Teaching in the 21st century is a huge challenge to make good students with skills and expertise. This entails higher education institutions to cope with all the changes that occur within the different dimensions of life. To keep up with the development of science, technology, and the demands of globalization, high-level soft skills are needed for a successful life and career for students. Actually, there is a need to cultivate the soft skills that are crucial for personal growth, social interaction, and occupation success. In this regard, it is important for English as a foreign language (EFL) learners to develop both language hard skills and soft skills to engage effectively and successfully in their future careers. The aim of the current research is to find out whether the implemented activities in EFL classes support the development of soft skills. It also targets to explore the usefulness of soft skills for future career and professional development. Accordingly, the present paper employs a quantitative method of research. To reach the study aims, the needed data were collected using a survey questionnaire which was randomly administered to 90 Master two students. The findings of the study deliver significant results concerning soft skills development and offer some practical suggestions regarding soft skill inclusion in the EFL classroom.
أثار الأزمات النفطية على الأمن الاقتصادي الجزائري - الواقع و البدائل

تدرس هذه الورقة النفط باعتباره عمود فقري للاقتصاد الجزائري وأساس من أسس الأمن الاقتصادي، وبسبب عدم القدرة في التحكم في الأسواق النفطية وتذبذب أسعار النفط وذلك لعوامل وأسباب متعددة، فهذه الدراسة تشخص الإمكانيات التي يمتلكها الاقتصاد النفطي في الجزائر وتأثير تراجع أسعاره على بقية القطاعات الاقتصادية و على التنمية و على الأمن الاقتصادي، وكذا تتطرق إلى الحلول البديلة للاقتصاد النفطي " الطاقات المتجددة" وكيف يمكن أن تكون بديل في الجزائر من خلال عرض الإمكانيات و المشاريع التي تمتلكها في هذا المجال. This paper studied oil as a backbone of the Algerian economy, and a foundation of economic security, because inability to control the oil markets and fluctuating oil prices for multiple factors and reasons, this study identifies the potential of the oil economy in Algeria and the impact of falling prices on the rest of the economic sectors and development and economic security, as well to address the alternative solutions to the oil economy" Renewable energy" and how could it be an alternative in Algeria by presenting the possibilities and projects that it have in this field.
أثر القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان على دساتير الدول المغاربية (الجزائر- تونس- المغرب)

صبح حال حقوق الإنسان شانا دوليا خاصا بعد بروز الشرعة الدولية - القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان- المتزامن مع مشروع بناء مؤسساتي داخلي ودولي لحقوق الإنسان، من خلال الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات الدولية، وكذا من خلال الدساتير الوطنية، وهذه الدراسة تسعى إلى إبراز أثر القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان على دساتير دول المغرب العربي الثلاثة محل الدراسة (الجزائر، تونس، المغرب)، ومدى التزام هاته الدول به، معتمدة في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال ايضاح ما تضمنه القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان من حقوق سياسية وكذا المنهج المقارن من خلال المقارنة بين تلك الحقوق في دساتير الدول المغاربية محل الدراسة، إضافة الى المقترب القانوني لتحليل ما تضمنته دساتيرها المتعاقبة من حقوق سياسية، وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن الدول المغاربية الثلاث أعطت مكانة هامة لما جاء في الشرعة الدولية إذ جعلتها تسمو حتى على تشريعاتها غير أنها تبقى غير كافية لتفعيل حقوق الإنسان. Human rights, Field have become an international affair especially after the emergence of international human rights law, concurrent with the project to build internal and international institutions for human rights through international agreements and treaties and through the internal constitutions of countries according to this research paper we seek to highlight the impact of international human rights law on the constitutions of the Maghreb countries. The three are Algeria, Tunisia and morocco and the extent of states commitment to them, using the descriptive and analytical approach to clarify the political rights contained in international human rights law and the comparative approach by comparing those rights in constitutions of Maghreb countries.
إدارة الصراع في شمال غرب سوريا وتأثيره على العلاقات التركية الروسية

يعد ملف إدارة الصراع في شمال غرب سوريا أحد أكثر الملفات تأثيرا على العلاقات التركية الروسية، وستحاول هذه الدراسة التطرق لمعضلة إدارة الصراع في شمال غرب سوريا من منظور الطرفين التركي الروسي، وذلك من خلال إبراز مواقف الطرفين تجاه تطورات الاحداث في هذه المنطقة وإمكانية تحولها لصدام مباشر بينهما، حاولت الدراسة الاجابة على الاشكالية الآتية: ما مدى التوافق والاختلاف بين تركيا وروسيا في ملف إدارة الصراع في شمال غرب سوريا، وما مدى إمكانية تطور حدة الصراع بما يؤدي لصدام مباشر بينهما؟، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن الصراع في شمال غرب سوريا يمتلك كبير التأثير في العلاقات التركية الروسية، هذه الأخيرة التي ورغم تطورها في السنوات الأخيرة إلا أن فشل الطرفين في ادارة الملف بما يحفظ مصالح الطرفين وبخاصة الطرف التركي يهدد هذا التطور، ما يجعل كل من تركيا وروسيا أمام حتمية إيجاد مخارج ولو مؤقتة لملف إدارة الصراع في شمال غرب سوريا وهو الحاصل لغاية اللحظة. The management of the conflict in northwest Syria is one of the most influential issues on Turkish-Russian relations. The present study attempts to address the dilemma of that conflict from the perspective of the Turkish and Russian parties, by highlighting the positions of the two sides towards the development of events in the region and the extent of its transformation into a direct clash between them. The study tried to answer the following problem: What is the degree of compatibility and difference between Turkey and Russia in the conflict management in northwestern Syria, and the level to which the intensity of the conflict can develop, leading to a direct clash between them?, The study concluded that the conflict in northwest Syria has a great impact on Turkish-Russian relationships, the latter of which, despite its development in recent years, the failure of the two parties to manage the conflict in a manner that preserves the interests of both parties, especially the Turkish side, threatens this development, which makes both Turkey and Russia In front of the inevitability of finding exits, even if temporary, to the conflict management in northwest Syria, which is the case until now.
إدماج النوع الاجتماعي في سياسة وممارسة إصلاح القطاع الأمني

رغم الاعتراف الواسع بأهمية مراعاة الجندر في السياسة والتنمية بشكل متزايد، ورغم تنامي خطاب إصلاح قطاع الأمني الذي يشجع مشاركة المرأة فيه، إلا ان إدماجها ظل منحصرا جدا، وذلك بسبب الشك في مدى فاعلية ونجاعة دخولها في سياسات وممارسات إصلاح القطاع الأمني ، جاءت هذه الدراسة لإبراز المساهمة التي يمكن أن تقدمها المرأة لعمليات الإصلاح ، والتحقق مما إذا كانت قضايا النوع الاجتماعي تعتبر حقا قضية بالنسبة لإصلاح القطاع الأمني، وتستحق فعلا أن يكون لها حيزا في اجندته، كما ستقوم هذه الورقة أيضا برصد مختلف التحديات والصعوبات التي تواجه المنخرطين في الادماج (الفواعل الوطنية والدولية، والجهات المانحة) ، وتلفت النظر إلى بعض الممارسات التي يمكن أن تساعد على التقليل/الحد من هذه التحديات، ومن ثم تعزيز الإدماج الفعال للمرأة داخل المؤسسات الأمنية من أجل تحقيق الأمن الذي يخدم الإنسان بغض النظر عن كونه مرأة أو رجل. Despite the widespread recognition of the importance of gender mainstreaming in politics and development, and despite the growing rhetoric of reform in the security sector, the integration of gender in the security has remained very limited, it raises doubts about the effectiveness and efficiency of its incorporation into the policies and practices of security sector reform SSR. This study highlights the contribution of women to the processes of SSR, and to examine whether gender questions are really an issue for SSR, this paper will also present the various challenges facing those involved in planning for the inclusion, and draws attention to some practices that can reduce / eliminate these challenges, and then promote the effective integration of women within security institutions in order to achieve security that serves the human being, regardless of being woman or a man.
أزمة كورونا و متطلبات حماية البيئة في ظل العولمة

يهدف البحث للتعرف إلى آثار جائحة فيروس كورونا كوفيد 19 على البيئة العالمية خصوصا في ظل العولمة و ما تطرحه من تحديات داخلية و خارجية. حيث تعتبر جائحة كورونا أحد تجليات العولمة و الانفتاح على الخارج، فتحاول هذه الدراسة التركيز على الآثار التي خلفتها جائحة كورونا على البيئة العالمية في إطار عولمة المخاطر من خلال البحث فيما طرحته من خسائر و تحديات على الصعيدين الوطني و الدولي. The research aims to identify the effects of the Coronavirus Covid 19 pandemic on the global environment, especially under globalization and it’s national and external challenges. This pandemic can be considered as a result of the globalized world. This study attempts to focus on the effects of the Corona-virus pandemic on the global environment in the context of globalizing risks by examining the losses and challenges it presented at the national and international levels.
استخدام خدمات الرعاية الصحية لمابعد الولادة

إن عملية تمكين النساء من خدمات الرعاية الصحية لفترة ما بعد الولادة هو تحقيق لأحد الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية حيث يهدف هذا التحليل المفاهيمي إلى تحديد الخصائص الأساسية لمفهوم استخدام خدمات الرعاية الصحية لما بعد الولادة، والتمييز بين استخدام المفهوم في الحياة العامة واستخدامه في مجال الرعاية الصحية وهذا باتباع نموذج والكر وأفانت (Walker and Avant) لتحليل المفاهيم. ويمكن للتعريف المقترح لاستخدام خدمات الرعاية الصحية لفترة ما بعد الولادة أن يعمل على توحيد المعايير ومن ثم الاتفاق على خصائص محددة لاستخدام خدمات الرعاية الصحية بعد الولادة سواءا في الممارسات الإكلينيكية أو في الدراسات العلمية. One of the Millennium Development Goals is improving the maternal health and the purpose of this concept analysis is to provide a clear understanding and description of the Postnatal Healthcare Service Utilization concept by using the Walker and Avant model of conceptual analysis. The suggested definition of utilization of postnatal care services can facilitate standardization hence uniform measurement and reporting of utilization of postnatal care services in clinical practice and scientific studies.
الاتصال المسؤول للمنظمات: مبررات التوجه والمخاطر على السمعة

تعيش المنظمات اليوم في عالم تتزايد فيه التوقعات المجتمعية والبيئة تجاهها، والتي تميل نحو الممارسات الأخلاقية والمسؤولة، ليصبح رضا و ثقة كل الأطراف ذات المصلحة في المنظمة قضية رئيسية تتطلب منطق المسؤولية في أفعالها واتصالها. مما استوجب عليها اعتماد سياسات اجتماعية و بيئية ذات طبيعة تواصلية. و يعد الاتصال المسؤول أداة إستراتيجية تهدف إلى مواجهة تحديات المصداقية، الشرعية، الشفافية والمساءلة، كونه اتصال يترجم الالتزام الكلي للمنظمة إلى طرق ملموسة. إذ يأخذ في الاعتبار الجوانب البيئية والاجتماعية و المجتمعية للرسائل التي ينشرها، ولطرق الإرسال التي يستخدمها. ويروم هذا المقال أولا إلى استكشاف مبررات توجه المنظمات للاتصال المسؤول ، وثانيا إلى تسليط الضوء على مخاطر ه على سمعتها. Today, organizations live in a world in which there are increasing societal expectations and environment towards them, which prefer more ethical and responsible practices, so that the satisfaction of all interested parties and their confidence in the organization becomes a major issue that requires the logic of responsibility in their actions and communication. Consequently, organizations are obliged to adopt social and environmental policies of a communication. The Responsible communication is a strategic tool aimed at addressing the challenges of credibility, legitimacy, transparency and accountability. As, it is a communication translates the organization's total commitment into concrete ways. So, it takes into account the environmental, social and societal aspects of the published messages, and the transmission methods that it uses .This article aims firstly to explore the reasons for the organizations' orientation to responsible communication, and secondly to highlight the risks to their reputation.
الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي أطفال ذوي التوحد المدمجين في المدارس العادية (دراسة ميدانية)

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي أطفال ذوي التوحد المدمجين في المدارس العادية؛ العملية والمعرفية، والفروق في هذه الاحتياجات من حيث الجنس والمؤهل العلمي. مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي، على عينة من 15 معلما ومعلمة، خلال شهر فيفري 2020، ومن خلال تطبيقنا لمقياس "محمد أكرم حمدان"حول الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذه الاحتياجات التدريبية عالية وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمتغيرين الجنس لصالح الذكور، والمؤهل العلمي لصالح الثانوي في هذه الاحتياجات. The objectives of this study is to know the training needs(practical and cognitive) of teachers of autistic children integrated in regular schools and the differences of these needs with regard to gender and scientific levels Using the descriptive method on a sample of 15 teachers from both sexes during the month of February 2020, we applied the scale of "Mohamed Akram Hamdan" on the training needs of teachers of autistic children,. The study found that these training needs are high and that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to male sex changer, and scientific levels of benefit for secondary. in these needs.
الأمن الاقتصادي و الأمن التكنولوجي - مدخل نظري للمحددات و المرتكزات

إن التحولات التي يشهدها العالم خاصة مع الإعتماد المتزايد على التكنولوجيات الرقمية، عكس أثاراً عميقة وهائلة على مستقبل الاقتصاد العالمي ومفهوم الأمن الاقتصادي والتكنولوجي . فبروز المجتمعات الرقمية - غدت تغير من الهياكل والنظم السلوكية والاجتماعية الأمنية والتكنولوجية المعتادة في المجتمعات الإنسانية، وعليه تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الإجابة على السؤال التالي: ما هي محددات ومرتكزات الأمن الاقتصادي و الأمن التكنولوجي في ظل متغيرات التكنولوجيا الرقمية الحديثة؟ وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل تم طرح الفرضية التالية: *إن لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة دور بارز في تحديد مرتكزات ومحددات الأمن الاقتصادي والامن التكنولوجي وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي ،وتم استخلاص ابرز النتائج التالية: *إن ظاهرتي الأمن الاقتصادي والتكنولوجي ترتبطان ارتباطا وثيقا بتحقيق الأمن التكنولوجي في العديد من الميادين. *ويعتبر الأمن الاقتصادي والأمن التكنولوجي من المفاهيم الحديثة الأساسية التي تشكل أحد الركائز المهمة في منظومة الأمن القومي في ضوء تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة. The transformations that the world is witnessing, especially with the increasing reliance on digital technologies, have had profound and enormous implications for the future of the global economy and the concept of economic and technological security. The emergence of digital societies - they have changed the usual structures and behavioral, social, security and technological systems in human societies, and accordingly this research paper aims to answer the following question: What are the determinants and foundations of economic security and technological security in light of the variables of modern digital technology? In order to answer this question, the following hypothesis was put forward: * The modern communication technology has a prominent role in determining the foundations and determinants of economic and technological security. The analytical approach has been relied upon, and the following most prominent results were drawn: The phenomena of economic and technological security are closely related to the achievement of technological security in many fields. Economic security and technological security are among the basic modern concepts that constitute one of the important pillars of the national security system in light of modern communication technology.
الأمن الإقليمي - إطار نظري

يفحص هذا المقال جهدا نظريا مستمرا يتعامل مع الأقاليم بوصفها مستوى تحليليا متميزا ومستقلا يقع بين مستويي الدولة والنظام الدولي، ظهر لسد الهوة الواسعة بين المستويين التقليديين، سِيما مع بروز موجة من التهديدات الأمنية التي تُنْعَتُ بالجديدة، وأنها عابرة للأوطان، وتميل لِأَنْ تكون إقليمية أكثر منها وطنية أو عالمية. يتعامل المقال مع التطور التنظيري للمستوى الإقليمي في التحليل الأمني، من خلال مناقشة الجوانب الإشكالية في تعريف الأقاليم والأقاليم الأمنية، ثم عرض المبررات التي تمت صياغتها لاعتماد المستوى الإقليمي في التحليل الأمني، وأخيرا مناقشة مقاربتين نظريتين أسهمتا، إلى جانب مقاربات أخرى، في بناء تحليل أمني قائم على أسس إقليمية، هما: الجماعة الأمنية الإقليمية، بمفهوميها الدوتشي والبنائي؛ ونظرية مركّب الأمن الإقليمي. This article examines a largely sustained theoretical effort that treats regions as distinct and autonomous analytical levels, between the state and the system, He appeared to bridge the wide gap between the two traditional levels, especially with the emergence of a wave of new and transnational security threats, which is regional, not national or global. The article deals with the theoretical evolution of the regional level in security analysis by discussing the problematic aspects of defining regions, security regions ; presenting the justification formulated for the adoption of the regional level in security analysis, and, finally, discussing two theoretical approaches that, along with other approaches, contributed to building a regional security analysis: the security community, with the Deutschian and constructional concepts; and the regional security complex theory.
الأمن الطاقوي ومدركات التهديد لدى إسرائيل في منطقة شرق المتوسط

تهدف الدراسة لفحص واقع الأمن الطاقوي الإسرائيلي في ظل بيئة أمنية إقليمية غير مستقرة ،خاصة بعد الاكتشافات الهائلة لموارد الطاقة في منطقة شرق المتوسط، فترمي هذه الورقة إلى البحث في مفهوم أمن الطاقة والتهديدات التي تحول أمام استغلال تلك الموارد الطاقوية وذلك وفقا للتصور الإسرائيلي، لتعرض في الأخير، سياسات إسرائيل الإستراتيجية لمواجهة تهديدات أمنه الطاقوي في منطقة شرق المتوسط. The study aims to examine the reality of Israeli energy security in an unstable regional security environment, especially after the enormous discoveries of energy resources in the eastern Mediterranean region. This paper aims to research the concept of energy security. And the threats that prevent the exploitation of those energy resources, according to the Israeli perception, and finally to expose Israel's strategic policies to confront the threats to its energy security in the Eastern Mediterranean region.
الأنظمة السياسية الهجينة: مقاربة مفهومية نظرية

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقديم ميدان الأنظمة الهجينة من الجانب المفهومي النظري للمساهمة في بناء أرضية مشتركة، وتخفيف الالتباس وتقليل حدة التنازع بين المفاهيم المختلفة للباحثين، لأن أغلب الدراسات أبرزت قصور في إزالة الغموض حول تعريف دقيق للأنظمة الهجينة التي تندرج في المنطقة الرمادية واستحالة تصنيفها مفاهيميا، كما تطرقت هذه الدراسة الى محاولة إبراز أهم النقاط المفاهيمية المعتمدة في تصنيف الأنظمة من خلال التوافق والاختلاف، ثم كيف يمكن بناء تصور للأنظمة الهجينة من خلال بعض الدراسات في هذا الجانب مع ذكر بعض خصائص الأنظمة الهجينة ، وأبرزت نتائج الدراسة المتوصل إليها ان الإطار النظري المفاهيمي في دراسة الأنظمة الهجينة لا يزال حديثا ولم تأخذ فيه الأبحاث القدر الكافي من الاهتمام للوصول الى بناء مفهوم مشترك بين مختلف الدارسين لوضع الأنظمة الهجينة ضمن قائمة الأنظمة المكتملة النمو مفاهيميا.

يهدف المقال إلى محاولة إدراك العوامل المؤثرة على التصميم المؤسساتي للحوكمة البيئية العالمية، وتحليل أهمية كل عامل في تحديد الهندسة البيئية العالمية، وكيف تتداخل هذه العوامل مع بعضها البعض، إضافة إلى أهميتها في بناء نظام متكامل و فعال من أجل صنع السياسة البيئية العالمية. وعليه، سنقوم بتعريف الهندسة المؤسساتية باعتبارها مرآة عاكسة للتصميم المؤسساتي. لننتقل بعدها إلى تحليل مختلف العوامل والمحددات الخاصة بالهندسة المؤسساتية للحوكمة البيئية العالمية. ومن أهم هذه العوامل نذكر تكامل السياسة البيئية، التفاعل المؤسساتي بين المؤسسات و الأنظمة البيئية المختلفة، و ما قد يسببه من تنازع في إطار الحوكمة البيئية العالمية. و أخيرا الآداء المؤسساتيى للمؤسسات البيئية من خلال تقييم نقاط الضعف ونقاط القوة في النظام . The aim of this article is to provide a perception of the factors affecting the institutional design of global environmental governance and analyze the importance of each factor in determining global environmental architecture and how these factors interact with each other. In addition to its importance in building an integrated and effective system for making global environmental policy. In this context, we will define institutional architecture as a mirror of institutional design and analyze the various factors and determinants of the institutional architecture of global environmental governance ; such as the integration of environmental policy, the institutional interaction between different institutions and environmental systems, and the conflict it may cause in the framework of global environmental governance. Finally, the institutional performance of environmental institutions by assessing the weaknesses and strengths of the current system.

التنشئة السياسية لحركة الإخوان المسلمين وتأثيرها على أحداث الربيع العربي في مصر

ساهمت أحداث الربيع العربي في تغيير الخارطة السياسية للوطن العربي، من بينها سقوط النظام المصري؛ وصعود الإخوان المسلمين إلى الحكم، فقد استطاع الإخوان نتيجة تكوينهم المنضبط والمنظم؛ تأطير المحتجين، والمحافظة على الثورة؛ حتى سقط النظام السياسي. إلا أن طبيعة التنشئة السياسية للإخوان المتسمة بالانعزالية والسرية؛ ساهمت في اتساع الهوة بين الإخوان المسلمين وبين الأحزاب السياسية القائمة في ظل غياب الحوار. ما أدى إلى ظهور موجة من الاحتجاجات ضد الإخوان المسلمين، واتخاذ الشارع كساحة للصراع، وبدوره قام الجيش باستغلال الفرصة وأطاح بالإخوان المسلمين بمباركة الأحزاب السياسية الأخرى وقوى المجتمع المدني، وسيطرته من جديد على الحكم في مصر.The events of the Arab Spring contributed in changing the political map of the Arab world, including the fall of the Egyptian regime and the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood to power. Because of their disciplined and organized composition, The Muslim Brotherhood was able to frame the protesters, preserve the revolution until the political system fell. However, the isolationist and secretive nature of the Brotherhood's political socialization has contributed in widening the gap between the Muslim Brotherhood and the existing political parties. This led to the emergence of a wave of protests against the Muslim Brotherhood, and take the street as a conflict area. In turn, the army took advantage of the opportunity to overthrew the Muslim Brotherhood, with the blessing of other political parties and civil society forces, and regained its control over the government in Egypt.
الدراسات الإفريقية في العلوم الاجتماعية (نظرة نقدية في طرق البحث والتدريس)

تتناول هذه الورقة موضوع الدراسات الافريقية في العلوم الاجتماعية، حيث تسعى الى الكشف عن طرق البحث والتدريس التي تعتمدها الأوساط الأكاديمية في تعاملها مع تخصص الدراسات الافريقية في جميع التخصصات، مبينة الأسباب والظروف التي حالة دون تحصيل معرفة افريقية تتلاءم مع البيئة الأفريقية ، مؤكدة على ضرورة البحث عن افريقيا بالصورة التي تساهم في حل مشكلاتها المتعددة الأبعاد، كما تخصص هذه الورقة جزءا للحديث عن ظاهرة المشاركة المجتمعية وضرورة تطويرها كآلية جديدة من أجل انتاج معرفة ذات صلة بالواقع الإفريقي وذات أهمية واسعة بالنسبة للمجتمع ككل، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تهيئة مؤسسات التعليم العالي لخدمة المجتمع الذي توجد فيه وتقويته من خلال آليات جديدة تتصف في معظمها بالرؤية النقدية للمعارف الوافدة قصد الالتزام بخلق رأس مال اجتماعي يتميز بالوعي المعرفي والإسهام بإيجابية في المجتمعات المحلية والوطنية والعالمية ما يعزز الإحساس بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب وبالتالي تعميم المنفعة في جو تميزه الخصوصية فيما يسمى بأفرقة المعرفة الاجتماعية. This article deals with the subject of African studies in the social sciences, as it seeks to reveal the research and teaching methods adopted by the academic community in the face of the specialization of African studies in all disciplines, indicating the reasons and circumstances that prevent the acquisition of African knowledge compatible with the African environment, highlighting the need for research on Africa in such a way as to contribute to solving its multidimensional problems. This article also devotes a part to talking about the phenomenon of community participation and of the need to develop it as such. a new mechanism to produce knowledge related to the African reality and of great importance for society as a whole, in addition to the need to prepare higher education institutions to serve the community that finds itself and is strengthened in through new mechanisms that are primarily characterized by a critical view of incoming knowledge in order to engage in building social capital characterized by awareness of knowledge and positive contribution to local, national and global communities, which reinforces meaning of social responsibility among students and thus distributes the benefits in an atmosphere characterized by privacy in the so-called the Africanization of social knowledge.

إن التطور التكنولوجي المتسارع انعكس على مختلف مناحي الحياة التي أصبح عنصر التنافس الميزة الرئيسية فيها، خاصة في المجال التجاري، مما جعل الرسائل الإعلانية تحتل حيزا كبيرا في وسائل الإعلام و تدخل البيوت دون إستئذان، أو هي تلك الكلمات التي تدعو المستهلك في نهاية الرسالة الإعلانية إلى إتخاذ السلوك الإيجابي لشراء السلعة، أو تقبل الخدمة و مثالها " زورونا تجدوا ما يسركم"، أو " اتصل بنا فورا لنعمل على تلبية رغباتك" و يشترط في كلماتها أن تكون قوية مؤثرة، وموحية بالتصرف الإيجابي لما تدعو إليه الرسالة الإعلانية. Research papers sent for evaluation and eventual publication within the review’s forthcoming issues must respect our abstract guidelines. Any contribution, whatever the language written in, should consider writing two abstracts (between 120-150 words each), the first in Arabic and the second in English. An executive summary of the following elements should be considered too: introducing the subject, the central question and hypothesis, the methodology, the structure of the article and the main results (two lines at max. for each).
