An Indoor Tutorial For Maintenance And Production

Communication and teamwork are among the most recurrent skills associated with knowledge of engineering sciences. However, their application is not simple, due to the lack of a pedagogical approach that contributes to the development of knowledge based on experience. The problem in factories is the lack of daily self learning to avoid the essential presence of the experts in to resolve problems. In this work, we defined what is a learning organization, what is a tutorial and why a personalized tutorial in a trade, its different forms and steps for the development of a tutorial. After we gave a presentation of the company that is Textile Batna. This article discusses how to design a personalized tutorial, oriented and aimed at learning and knowledge transfer in the industry. By developing this system we aim to build an experimental database serving to preserve the knowledge of the production industry expertise of the Batna textile factory. We have designed a tutorial for the company in the form of a website. For this, the UML language was used. The tutorial features were presented. It helped employees to aquire certain skills without assistance of experts.
Analyse De La Performance Des Regimes D’assurance Maladie Sociale Au Maghreb

Au Maghreb, les systèmes de protection financière contre le risque maladie ont été fondés sur le modèle d’assurance sociale bismarckien. L’assurance maladie sociale, en considération de l’importance des sommes qu’elle prélève et redistribue, apparaît aujourd’hui, comme la principale forme de protection contre le risque maladie. L’objectif de ce papier est d’évaluer la performance des régimes d’assurance maladie sociale dans les pays du Maghreb. Pour ce faire, nous présenterons d’abord les indicateurs et les aspects de la performance des régimes d'AMS, puis nous tenterons d’évaluer la performance des régimes d'AMS maghrébins, en analysant leurs performances, à la fois en termes de collecte de ressources, de mise en commun de fonds et de stratégie d'achat.
Les Fluctuations Des Prix Du Pétrole Comme Enjeu Principal De La Crise économique Internationale

L’objet de notre étude est de poser un diagnostic concernant les fluctuations des prix du pétrole comme enjeu principal de la crise économique internationale pour pouvoir traiter son impact sur l’économie algérienne et enfin les mesures prises dans ce domaine par l’Algérie, ceci étant donné que le choc pétrolier joue un rôle primordial dans la conjoncture économique internationale mais aussi vis à vis de la situation économique algérienne , en raison des fluctuations de prix du pétrole , qui conduit a plusieurs effets pour l’économie algérienne . Les résultats les plus importants sont que la chute du prix du pétrole a eu des effets négatifs sur le solde de la balance commerciale en Algérie , mais aussi que l’accroissement du produit intérieur brute en Algérie est lié à l’accroissement de la productivité dans les secteurs hors hydrocarbure ce qui a permis a l’Algérie d’avoir une croissance économique. Abstract: The object of our study is to make a diagnosis concerning the fluctuations in oil prices as the main issue of the international economic crisis in order to be able to deal with its impact on the Algerian economy and finally the measures taken in this area by Algeria, this given that the oil shock plays a primordial role in the international economic situation but also with respect to the Algerian economic situation, due to fluctuations in the price of oil, which has several effects for the Algerian economy.The most important results are that the fall in the price of oil had negative effects on the balance of trade in Algeria, but also that the increase in the gross domestic product in Algeria is linked to the increase in productivity in Algeria. non-hydrocarbon sectors which has enabled Algeria to have economic growth. أثر استخدام التكنولوجيات الحديثة كأساس لتطبيق إستراتيجية التكوين على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

تبرز هذه الورقة البحثية العلاقة بين التكوين وأداء العمال في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، انطلاقا من امكانية تحسين أداء العمال باستخدام أهم النشاطات التي تدخل في تركيب عملية التكوين كمقاربة استراتيجية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وذلك بالتركيز على البعد المتعلق باستخدام التكنولوجيات الحديثة في التكوين، خلصت الدراسة الى أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين التكوين (استخدام التكنولوجيات الحديثة في التكوين) وأداء العمال، وقد تم بناء نموذج بسيط مفسر لنتائج الدراسة يوضح تأثير المتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع. وتبين أن التكوين يعد الركيزة الأساسية التي يجب على المؤسسات الجزائرية زيادة الاهتمام به، من أجل انتاج كفاءات جديدة وتعبئتها في إطار المبادلة بين المؤسسة والأفراد. This research paper highlights the relationship between training and worker performance in the economic establishment, starting from the possibility of improving the performance of workers using the most important activities that go into installing the training process as a strategic approach in the economic institution, by focusing on the dimension related to the use of modern technologies in training, The study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between training (the use of modern technologies in training) and the performance of workers, and a simple explanatory model has been built to explain the results of the study on the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. And it turns out that training is the main pillar on which Algerian institutions must increase attention, in order to produce new talents and mobilize them within the framework of the exchange between the institution and individuals.
أثر المقاولاتية على الأداء البيئي للدول: دراسة قياسية من خلال بيانات البانل للفترة (2010-2016)

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر المقاولاتية على الأداء البيئي للدول، واستكشاف مدى الاختلافات الموجودة في حجم الأثر بين الدول. تم الاعتماد على بيانات البانل (Panel Data) للفترة الزمنية من سنة 2010 إلى 2016 لعينة من 15 دولة. وتم التوصل إلى أن للمقاولاتية أثر موجب على الأداء البيئي للدول ولا توجد اختلافات جوهرية في حجم هذا الأثر بين الدول. تقترح هذه الدراسة الاستمرار في دعم المشاريع المقاولاتية أخذا بعين الاعتبار البعد البيئي عند تقييم هذه المشاريع لما في ذلك من أثر إيجابي على التنمية المستدامة للدول والأداء البيئي على وجه الخصوص. This study seeks to measure the impact of entrepreneurship on the environmental performance of countries, as well as to explore the extent of differences in the of impact of entrepreneurship on the environmental performance between these countries. Panel-Data regression was adopted for the period from 2010 to 2016 for a sample of 15 countries. It was concluded that entrepreneurship has a positive impact on the environmental performance of countries and there are no significant differences in the impact between these countries. This study proposes to continue supporting entrepreneurial projects taking into account the environmental dimension when evaluating these projects because of their positive impact on the sustainable development of countries and environmental performance in particular.
أثر تطبيق نظام التصنيع الخلوي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر تطبيق نظام التصنيع الخلوي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الشركة الوطنية لصناعة الإسفنج والبلاستيك في اليمن، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من العينة، وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل للبيانات واختبار الفرضيات توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها، وجود أثر معنوي إيجابي لتطبيق نظام التصنيع الخلوي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الشركة الوطنية لصناعة الإسفنج والبلاستيك في اليمن. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اختيار عمالة ذات مهارة متعددة في تشغيل وصيانة الآلات معاً، ووضع المُعدات اللازمة بطريقة تقلل من الجهد والوقت المبذول، وتدريب العاملين على تشغيل أنواع مختلفة من المُعدات بنفس الوقت، حيث سينعكس ذلك في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. The study aimed at investigating the impact of applying Cellular Manufacturing System on Achieving Competitive Advantage at the Yemeni National Company for Sponge and Plastic Industry (NCSPI). The study followed the descriptive and analytical method. A questionnaire was used for collecting the data. After analyzing the data, the study findings revealed that there was a significant positive effect for the application of the Cellular Manufacturing System on Achieving Competitive Advantage in the NCSPI. It was recommended that the workers with multiple skills in the operation and maintenance of machinery should be selected, and training of workers to operate different types of equipment at the same time, will be reflected on Achieving Competitive Advantage.
الاتجاهــــات المعاصرة لإدارة الموارد البشرية في ظل التكنولوجيا الحديثة

طالما أن نجاح المنظمات الحديثة يتوقف إلى حد كبير على استجابتها للمتغيرات البيئية، بات على هذه المنظمات تبني مجموعة من الاستراتجيات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لمواجهة بيئة العمل المتسمة بالتغيرات السريعة والمنافسة الشديدة، ويتحقق ذلك من خلال استغلال إمكانياتها ومواردها والتي تأتي في مقدمتها الموارد البشرية. هذه التحولات تفرض على المنظمات ضرورة تأهيل نظم التسيير لمختلف وظائفها وفقا لمنظور استراتيجي تناسقا مع اعتمادها لنظام التسيير الاستراتيجي، الذي يمثل أحد أنظمته الفرعية المسؤولة على إدماج الموارد البشرية، ومساهمتها في إنجاح هذه الإستراتيجية، مما يؤدي إلى تبني استراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية تتماشى وتساير التطورات التكنولوجيا المتلاحقة. As long as the succès of modern organizations dépends to a large extent on their response to environmental changes, these organizations have to adopt a set of economic and social strategies to confront a rapidly changing and highly competitive work environment, which is achieved through the utilization of their resources and resources, foremost among them human resources. These shifts require organizations to rehabilitate the management systems of their various functions according to a strategic perspective consistent with their adoption of the strategic management system, which is one of their sub-systems responsible for the integration of human resources, and their contribution to the success of the strategy, leading to the adoption of human resources management strategies consistent with successive technological developments.
الأسواق المالية الأوربية في ظل جائحة كورونا

يهدف هذا المقال إلى معرفة أكثر البورصات الأوربية تأثرا بجائحة كورونا، من بين بورصات إسبانيا، إيطاليا، ألمانيا بريطانيا، فرنسا وهولندا وقد تم التوصل إلى تعرض جميع البورصات إلى انخفاضات حادة، بسبب مشاعر المستثمرين التي تميزت بالخوف، وأيضا بسبب العولمة المالية. كما توصلت إلى أن بورصة إيطاليا الأكثر تضررا، بسب هشاشة اقتصادها، وباعتبارها بؤرة الفيروس في أوربا، ثم بورصة إسبانيا لاعتمادها على قطاع السياحة، ثم البورصات الأخرى. فرغم أن جميعها تأثر بالجائحة، إلا أن شدة التأثر اختلفت حسب عدد الإصابات بالفيروس، قوة الاقتصاد وكذا تدخل الدولة. This article aims to know the most affected European stock exchanges affected by the Corona pandemic, among the stock exchanges of Spain, Italy, Germany, Britain, France and the Netherlands, and all stock exchanges have been exposed to sharp declines, because of the feelings of investors that were characterized by fear, and also because of financial globalization. It also concluded that the Italian Stock Exchange was the most affected, due to the fragility of its economy, and as a focus of the virus in Europe, then the Spanish Stock Exchange, because of its dependence on the tourism sector, and then other exchanges. Although all of them were affected by the pandemic, the severity of the affected varied according to the number of Corona virus infections, the strength of the economy and the state’s intervention.
التأصيل النظري لظاهرة الركود التضخمي في الأدبيات الاقتصادية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الاحاطة بظاهرة الركود التضخمي في الاقتصادات الرأسمالية، حيث أن ارتباط ظهور التضخم والبطالة في الاقتصادات الغربية الرأسمالية غير معروف قبل سنوات السبعينات، إلا أن السياسة الكينزية المتبعة خاصة في الولايات المتحدة، اضافة إلى صدمة النفط الاولى لسنة 1973 عجلا بظهور هذه الازمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى التباين الكبير بين المدارس الاقتصادية في تفسيرهم لظاهرة الركود التضخمي، حيث انبثق عنها ظهور مدارس اقتصادية جديدة على غرار المدرسة النقدية، واقتصاديات جانب العرض والمدرسة المؤسسية. This study aims to capture the phenomenon of stagflation in capitalist economies, as the correlation of the emergence of inflation and unemployment in Western capitalist economies was unknown before the 1970s, but the Keynesian policy, especially in the United States, in addition to the first oil shock of 1973, quickly emerged with the emergence of this crisis. The study found the great discrepancy between economic schools in their interpretation of the phenomenon of stagflation, as emerged from it the emergence of new economic schools such as the monetary school, supply-side economics and the institutional school.
التخطيط الاستراتيجي كمدخل لتحسين جودة التعليم في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالدول العربية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التخطيط الإستراتيجي في ضمان جودة التعليم في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالدول العربية من خلال الإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية التالية: كيف يساهم التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تحسين جودة التعليم في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالدول العربية؟ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أنّ التخطيط الاستراتيجي يساهم في تحسـين جودة التعليم فـي مؤسسات التعليم العالي من خلال دوره في إقامة رؤية مستقبلية وتشاركية داخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي، زيادة الانتماء لرسالة المؤسسة زيادة الدعم الداخلي والخارجي وتحسين المظهر العام لمؤسسات التعليم العالي وقياس ذلك.
التسويق الاجتماعي كأداة لترسيخ الصورة الذهنية للشركات في وقت الأزمة

هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة دور التسويق الاجتماعي في ترسيخ الصورة الذهنية للشركات في وقت الأزمة وذلك من خلال وضع إطار نظري للتسويق الاجتماعي وكذا الصورة الذهنية ثم الإجراءات التي قامت بها بعض الشركات العالمية لتظهر في صورة جيدة من جهة وللتخفيف من الأزمة من جهة أخرى. توصلنا في الأخير أن هذه الشركات اتجهت بسلوك اجتماعي تجاه المجتمع، وقدمت مساعدات في المستوى مستخدمة أنشطة التسويق الاجتماعي للحد من انتشار الفيروس، وأيضا ترسيخ صورتها لدى المستهلكين. The aim of this paper is to learn the role of social marketing in solidifying the corporate mind-set in times of crisis by developing a theoretical framework for social marketing as well as the mental image and then the actions taken by some international companies to be seen in a quality form on the one hand and to mitigate the crisis on the other. We finally found that these companies have taken social action toward the community, provided assistance at the level using social marketing activities to reduce the spread of the virus, and also solidify their image among consumers.
التعلم التنظيمي كمتغير وسيط لعلاقة التأثير بين إدارة المعرفة وأداء الموارد البشرية

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر إدارة المعرفة على أداء الموارد البشرية مع وجود التعلم التنظيمي متغيرا وسيطا، بحيث شملت الدراسة عينة مكونة من 305 عامل بمجمع صيدال، تم تحليل البيانات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج Spss v.20 وAmos v.20، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود العلاقة التأثيرية المباشرة بين إدارة المعرفة، التعلم التنظيمي وأداء الموارد البشرية، إضافة إلى التأثير غير المباشر لإدارة المعرفة على أداء الموارد البشرية.
الرؤية المستقبلية لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بالجزائر في ظل تجارب عالمية

تناولت الدراسة تحديد الرؤية المستقبلية للجزائر في تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، من خلال عرض بعض التجارب العالمية. وجاءت هذه الدراسة إثر الاهتمام الكبير الذي حظي به موضوع الإدارة الإلكترونية كنموذج في الدول المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء، للتشجيع على التواصل والتعامل مع المؤسسات الحكومية إلكترونيا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة تدل على أن الإدارة الإلكترونية أداة مهمة في تحسين عمل الإدارات والرفع من كفاءتها، مما يستوجب الفهم والتعمق وتوفير كافة الموارد والإمكانات للمضي خطوة للأمام وتحقيق التميز والسبق التنافسي في مجال التحول الإداري الإلكتروني. This study came because of the great importance given to the topic of the electronic management As a modal in both developed and developing countries To encourage on communicating and dealing electronically with the government institutions. السياحة بالولاية الشمالية في السودان– الجواذب والإمكانيات

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الجواذب والإمكانيات التي تتمتع بها الولاية الشمالية في مجال السياحة، وللوصول لهذا الهدف إتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقام ببناء إستبانة وزعت على عينة عشوائية من العاملين بالإدارة العامة والمنشآت السياحية بالولاية الشمالية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الولاية تتمتع بجواذب وإمكانات أساسية في قطاع السياحة تجعلها قبلة للسياح، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحويل الجواذب السياحية التي تتمتع بها الولاية إلى منتجعات سياحية متكاملة وتوفير المزيد من البنيات الأساسية لتطوير السياحة بالولاية. الكلمات المفتاحية: السياحة، الجواذب، الإمكانيات.
الصعوبات والعراقيل التي واجهت تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي في الجزائر (2010---2020)

يتناول هذا المقال تقييم تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي بعد عشر سنوات من التطبيق في الجزائر(2010-2020)، حيث تم التعرض إلى واقع تأقلم وتكيف المؤسسات الجزائرية مع متطلبات النظام المحاسبي المالي الجديد، وتم التركيز على متطلبات تطبيق النظام، كما تم تناول الصعوبات التي واجهت عملية التكيف معه والرهانات المستقبلية، التي تسعى المؤسسات الجزائرية إلى تحقيقها بتبنيها النظام المحاسبي المالي الجديد، من خلال تناول المجالات الأساسية التي تتطلب ضرورة استخدامه بالإضافة إلى الأهداف المسطرة، والمتوقع تحقيقها، كما تم الحديث أيضا عن البيئة المحاسبية للمؤسسات الجزائرية وأهم المراحل الواجب إتباعها للانتقال نحو هذا النظام .
المبادرات المحلية والعمل الجماعي لتعبئة موارد الاقتصاد الاجتماعي لمكافحة الفقر والاستبعاد

ان المعركة ضد الفقر ازالت الحدود بين الاقتصاد الاجتماعي الذي أثبته دوره من خلال المبادرة المحلية والعمل الجماعي من جهة، والاقتصاد التضامني من جهة أخرى، لذا من الواجب على الاقتصاد الاجتماعي تعبئة مجموعة واسعة من الموارد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الجمع بين المبادرة المحلية وتلك الجماعية منها، والموارد الداخلية والخارجية، وكذا الجهات الفاعلة الاجتماعية والعامة. حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أهمية تعبئة الفاعلين المحليين لمعالجة الفقر في سياق تفعيل موارد الاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني من العمليات المهمة لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وحتى الاجتماعية، من خلال احتضان المشاريع الهادفة اجتماعيا للتقليل من الاستبعاد ومكافحة الفقر خاصة في الدول التي تعرف ارتفاع معدلاته، على الصعيد الريفي وحتى الحضري.
تأثير السياسة النقدية على الاستثمار في الفلاحة والري بالجزائر خلال الفترة 2001-2018.

نُحاول من خلال هذا المقال إدراك تأثير السياسة النقدية بالجزائر على الاستثمار المُنتِج في الفلاحة والري. بعد تسليط الضوء على مُتغيِري البحث ومعرفة ماهيتهما، أثبتنا بالدراسة القياسية غياب هذا التأثير تماماً في الجزائر خلال السنوات الممتدة من 2001 إلى غاية 2018. We try through this article to realize the impact of Algeria's monetary policy on productive investment in agriculture and irrigation. After highlighting the two variables of the search and knowing what they are, we have demonstrated with econometrics study the absence of this effect completely in Algeria during the years from 2001 to 2018.
تحليل علاقة أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية بمستوى تطبيق مشروع المؤسسة الصحية حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية قايس ولاية خنشلة

تبحث الدراسة في علاقة أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية على تطبيق مشروع المؤسسة الصحية و مساهمتها في ذلك . حيث أنه بتتبع الإنحدار الخطي البسيط لأبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية بإعتبارها متغيرات مستقلة على تطبيق مشروع المؤسسة الصحية في تجربته الأولى على مستوى المؤسسات الصحية ، تبين أن هناك علاقة موجبة وطردية بين الأبعاد المدروسة و المتغير التابع ، كما أنها تساهم في تنفيذه بشكل كبير . The study examines the relationship of dimensions of quality of work life to the application of the health institution project and its contribution to that. As it tracks the simple linear regression of the dimensions of the quality of work life as independent variables on the application of the health establishment project in its first experiment at the level of health institutions, it was found that there is a positive and direct relationship between the dimensions studied and the dependent variable, as it contributes to its implementation .

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إجراء تحليل لأدوار صندوق النقد الدولي منذ نشأته في بريتون وودز إلى يومنا هذا، وقد كان هناك اهتمام خاص بدوره عقب الأزمات المالية وخاصة عقب أزمة 2008. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصندوق مر بتحديات غير مسبوقة كان لها تأثير واضح على أدواره. بداية من أزمة عقد السبعينات وصولا إلى أزمة 2008 التي أدت إلى تجدد النقاش حول تعزيز التعاون وضرورة التنسيق بين السياسات، وتجسد ذلك في قمم مجموعة العشرين غير المسبوقة إبان الأزمة وتحديدا قمة بيتسبرغ 2009، حيث طلب من الصندوق القيام بدور القيادة في هذه البيئة العالمية الجديدة مع ضرورة تعزيز دوره كحارس للاستقرار المالي والاقتصادي العالمي. Abstract This study aimed at an analysis of the roles of the International Monetary Fund since its establishment in Bretton Woods 1944 to the present , and there was special attention in its role after the financial crises, especially the 2008 global financial and economic crisis. The study concluded that the Fund had unprecedented challenges that had a impact on its roles from the 1970s to the 2008 crisis, which led to renewed discussion about strengthening cross-border cooperation and the need for coordination between policies, This was embodied in the G20 summits during the crisis, specifically the Pittsburgh Summit 2009, where the International Monetary Fund was asked to take a leadership role in this new global environment with the need to strengthen its role as a guardian of global financial and economic stability.
تقييم جهود الدولة ضمن برامج تأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تقييم لجهود الدولة ضمن برامج تأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، من خلال التعرف على مختلف هذه البرامج التي تم تطبيقها، إضافة إلى معرفة نتائج كل برنامج. واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام الاستبيان وكذا تقارير من وزارة الصناعة والمناجم وكذا الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. توصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها ان الدولة تبذل جهودا مادية ومعنوية لمساعدة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة محل الدراسة في تطبيق برنامج التأهيل. This study aims to know the evaluation of the efforts of the government for the upgrading programs of small and medium-sized firms in Algeria, by identifying these different applied programs and their results. The study was based on a survey, on reports from the Ministry of Industry and Mines and the National Agency for the Development of Small and Medium firms. The study concluded that the government provides financial and moral efforts to help small and medium-sized firms in their program upgrading.
