    المقاصِد الخاصَّة بآدابِ العالِم والمتعلِّم عندَ ابنِ الحَاج

    يهدفُ هذا البحثُ إلى استخراج المقاصد الخاصّة لآدابِ العالم والمتعلِّم من كتاب (المدخل) لابن الحاج المالكي مِنْ خِلال استِقراء جُزْئيَّاتِ الآداب المذكورة في هذا الكتاب، والنّظَرِ في أُصولها وعِلَلِها. وقدْ أَفضى النّظَرُ فيها إلى ثلاثةِ مقاصدَ: واحدٌ منها مشتَرَكٌ بين العالِم والمتعلّم؛ ويَرجِعُ إلى أَحوالِهما الخاصّةِ، وكيفيَّةِ تعاملِهما مع مَن يَرتبِطُ بهما عموما وخصوصا؛ والثّاني: يختصُّ بالعالِم، ويَرجِع إلى وَظيفتِه الأساسيّةِ في تعليمِ الناسِ، وبيان الدِّين صافِياً مِن كلِّ شائبَةٍ؛ والثّالث: يَختصُّ بالمتعلِّم، ويَرجع إلى وظيفتِه الأساسيّة أَيْضاً في جَمْعِ الهِمّة على طلب العلم، وتحْصيلِه على الوجْهِ الذي يُؤَهِّلُه لِتَبَوُّء منصِب العالِميّة. This research aims to extract the special purposes of the literature of the scholar and the learner from the book (Al Madkhal) by Ibn Al-Hajj Al-Maliki by extrapolating the particles of literature mentioned in this book, and considering its origins and causes. The consideration of it has led to three purposes: one of which is common to the tutor and the learner; it refers to their special conditions, and how they deal with those who are associated with them in general and in particular. The second: is concerned with the tutor, and refers to his primary function of teaching people, and shows religion clear of all impurities. And the third: It is specific to the learner, and also refers to his primary function in gathering energy to seek knowledge, and obtaining it in the manner that qualifies him to assume the position of scholar.
