آثـار حــوادث الطـرقـات على صحـة الفـرد النفسيـة

قد ينتج عن الحوادث المرورية صدمات نفسية للمصابين وهي لا تقتصر على مرتكب الحادث بل تمتد إلى مرافقيه وأسرهم جميعاً وحتى من يشاهد الحادث. وقد تظهر أعراض هذه الاضطرابات بعد عدة أسابيع من الإصابة بالصدمة أو عدة شهور أو سنوات حسب ظروف كل حالة على حدا، وهو ما سأقوم بدراسته من خلال هذا البحث، بالتركيز على أهم الآثار النفسية لحوادث المرور. Traffic accidents may result in psychological shocks to the injured and are not limited to the perpetrator of the accident, but can extends to his companions and their families and even everyone who sees the incident. Symptoms of these psychoses may appear several weeks after the shock, or several months or years depending on the circumstances of each case That’s what i will to study in this search, by focusing on the most important psychological effects of the accidents
المخالفـات المـروريــة وفقا لقانــون المــرور الجـديــد

تعدّ الحوادث المرورية من أبرز المشكلات التي تواجهها الدول المعاصرة، لاسيما وأنّها في ارتفاع مستمر مخلفة خسائر مادية وبشرية، الأمر الذي دفع بهذه الدول لتبني سياسات قانونية للحد من تفاقم هذه الظاهرة، والجزائر واحدة من هذه الدول التي أصدرت نصوصا لتنظيم حركة المرور. فقانون المرور يهدف أساسا إلى تحقيق السلامة المرورية من خلال تنظيم حركة المرور الخاصة بالمركبات والسائقين والراجلين، لذا اهتمّ المشرع الجزائري بتدعيم المنظومة الردعية للتقليل من ارتكاب المخالفات المرورية من خلال جملة من التعديلات التي مست قانون المرور وآخرها القانون 05/17 وعليه تثور الإشكالية حول: مدى مسأهمة قانون المرور الجزائري لاسيما التعديل الجديد2017 في التصدي لمشكلة مخالفات المرور؟Trafics accidents are one of the most important problems faced by contemporary countries, especially in the fact that they are constantly on the increase, causing loss and human suffering. This has led them to adopt legal policies to curb the aggravation of this phenomenon. Algeria is one of those countries that issued traffic regulations. The traffic law aims primarily at achieving traffic safety by regulating the traffic of vehicles, drivers and pedestrians, so the algerian legislator took care to strengthen the deterrent system to reduce the commission of traffic violations through a number of amendments to the traffic law, most recently law 05-17, the extent of the contribution of the algerian traffic law, especially the new amendment 2017, to address the problem of traffic violations.
النصـوص القانـونيــة ومـدى تأثيـرهـا فـي تحسيـن السلامــة المـروريــة

يعد موضوع السلامة المرورية من الموضوعات الحديثة التي تعاني منها المجتمعات المعاصرة بصفة عامة، والجزائر بصفة خاصة حيث اهتمت بهذه الظاهرة الخطيرة وذلك من خلال تنظيمها بنصوص قانونية. وهو ما ركزنا عليه في هذه المداخلة وذلك بتوضيح ما جاء به قانون المرور الجديد فيما يتعلق بالسلامة المرورية، وإبراز أهمية النصوص الجديدة في الحد من هذه الظاهرة، باعتبار قانون المرور 17/05 النسخة المعدلة الصارمة بنصوص أكثر دقة وصرامة وذلك ما يظهر من خلال إلزامية نصوصه وإحداثه لهيئات جديدة وتشديده في العقوبات وتنوعها، وذلك من اجل تحسين السلامة المرورية. The issue of traffic safety is one of the modern issues facing contemporary societies in general, and algeria in particular, where this dangerous phenomenon was dealt with through the organization of legal texts. This is what we focused on in this intervention by clarifying the new traffic law regarding traffic safety and highlighting the importance of the new texts in reducing this phenomenon, considering the traffic law 17/05 the strict modified version with more precise and strict texts, and to create new bodies and tighten it in the penalties and diversity, in order to improve traffic safety.
