Item إنفاذ الأحكام القمعية لقانون المنافسة: مظهر لتطور السياسة الجنائية في مجال الأعمال(كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية, 2025-06-30) الزهرة رزايقيـةموازاة مع تطور الحياة الاقتصادية، ظهر ما يُعرف بجرائم الأعمال، وقد عرفت تطورا بارزا في أنماطها أثر سلبا على مجال الأعمال، فتدخل المشرع لوضع ضوابط قانونية لردعها. إذ تُعد الأحكام القمعية لقانون المنافسة جزءا منها وقد صيغت لمكافحة ما يعرف بجرائم المنافسة. وإن تم إقرارها ضمن ما يُعرف بالضبط الاقتصادي، فهي أتت في سياق تحديث السياسة الجنائية بما يقتضيه مجال الأعمال. Alongside the evolution of economic life, what is known as white-collar crimes emerged, which have shown a significant development in their patterns that negatively affected the business sector. The legislator intervened to establish legal controls to deter them, and the repressive provisions of competition law are part of this effort, formulated to combat what is known as competition crimes. Although they were enacted under what is referred to as economic regulation, they came as part of the modernization of criminal policy as required by the business sector.
