دور السنة النبوية في مكافحة فساد المال و الأعمال

Abstract

إن الوجود الحضاري لأمة مرهون بتقدمها وهيمنتها، أخلاقيا و سياسيا و اقتصاديا. و لا يمكن أن تتقدم أمة إلا إذا كان اقتصادها قوي يصمد أمام الهزات و الأزمات. إن النموذج الاقتصادي الإسلامي الذي يقدمه هذا المقال، يطرح حلولا مذهلة لكل ما تتخبط فيه البشرية من أزمات و انتكاسات، و ذلك بآليات مدروسة و محكمة، و على رأس تلك الآليات محاربة فساد المال و الأعمال، و مكافحة الغش و الرشوة، و نبذ روح الإتكالية، و التصدي لكل أشكال التعاملات المحرمة و على رأسها المعاملات الربوية، و التي أصبحت العامل الرئيس في انهيار اقتصاديات أكثر الدول. فتأتي السنة النبوية و تطرح حلولا مذهلة تساهم في تنمية الاقتصاد المنتج من خلال تحفيز اليد العاملة واستثمار رؤوس الأموال و تحريك الاقتصاد و إحياء الموات و اعتبار اعمار الأرض من العبادات، فيتحقق الإقلاع الإقتصادي، فتتحقق للأمة ريادتها. Research Summary The cultural existence of a nation depends on its progress and dominance, morally, politically and economically. A nation can only advance if its economy is strong and resilient to shocks and crises. The Islamic economic model offers amazing solutions to all the crises and setbacks experienced by mankind. These mechanisms are well-studied and well-known. The most important of these mechanisms is combating money and business corruption, combating fraud and bribery, rejecting the spirit of dependence, The forbidden transactions, led by interest transactions, which became the main factor in the collapse of the economies of most countries. The Prophet's Sunnah comes and offers amazing solutions that contribute to the development of the productive economy by stimulating the labor force, investing capital, moving the economy, reviving the dead and considering the reconstruction of the land as worship.
