Abstract

تسبب الاعتماد المفرط على مداخيل صادرات البترول في الجزائر على تكوين اقتصاد وطني أحادي المورد، مما جعله عرضة للازمات نتيجة لتقلبات أسعار المحروقات، بالتالي تعتبر عملية تنويع الصادرات خارج المحروقات مصيرية للجزائر في الوقت الحالي، بالاعتماد على القطاعات البديلة التي يمثل الاستثمار الخارجي إحداها، باعتباره قد يساهم في زيادة الدخل الوطني للبلد المستقبل للمستثمر الأجنبي. The extreme dependence of oil revenues in Algeria has led to a fragile national mono-economy in the face of crises due to fluctuations in hydrocarbon prices. Therefore, the diversity of non-hydrocarbon exports for Algeria is currently a crucial step. Relying on alternative sectors such as foreign investment can contribute to the increase in the national income of the receiving country of the foreign investor.
