البعد التنموي للتأمين التكافلي في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة وكلياتها

Abstract

يعتبر قطاع التأمين التكافلي الجناح الثاني لمنظومة الاقتصاد الإسلامي, ونظرا لموافقته لمقاصد الشريعة وكليّاتها ولدوره الفعّال في الصناعة المالية الإسلامية, استدعى الأمر تكاتف الجهود لتطويره وإعادة بعثه قصد شهود الرّيادة التنموية في أعلى مستوياتها بناءا على تفعيل فقه المقاصد, فجاءت هذه الدراسة للتعريف بهذا الفقه وبيان كليّاته وأثره في بعث الصناعة التأمينية التكافلية والكشف عن أبعادها التنموية. لنخلص في الأخير إلى إسهامات نظام التأمين التكافلي في حفظ كليات الشريعة من جهة, وإلى أهميّة الفقه المقاصدي وكليّاته في تجسيد الجانب التنموي للصناعة التأمينية وبيان آلياته من جهة أخرى. Abstract: The takaful insurance sector is the second wing of the Islamic economy system ; and because of its approval of the purposes of sharia and its active role in the Islamic financial industry and in the field of development, this study came to activate the rules of the science of sharia purposes to reveal the developmental dimensions of takaful insurance. Let us achieve the contribution of the insurance system to the preservation of legitimate purposes, and the importance of the science of purposes in the embodiment of the development aspect of the symbiotic insurance industry.
