الأمن النفسي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة خلال جائحة كورونا

Abstract

يهدف هذا العمل إلى دراسة موضوع الأمن النفسي باعتباره ضرورة حياتية ونفسية ومطلب إنساني لكل فرد خاصة عندما نتكلم عن شريحة تعاني في ظروفها اليومية من غياب او ضعف الأمن النفسي ألا وهي فئة المعاقين او ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. هذه الفئة التي تفاقم لديها الشعور بغياب و انعدام الأمن النفسي بشكل اكبر في ظل جائحة كورونا باعتبارها تمثل تهديد مستمر للحياة. اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بعد الاطلاع على الأدبيات التي كتبت عن الموضوع خاصة ما يتعلق بآراء وأفكار عدد ممن تناول الأمن النفسي، وتحليل طروحاتهم العلمية لبناء صورة كلية عن الموضوع، ومحاولة محاكات هذه الأفكار واقعيا في ظل الظروف الحالية متمثلة بانتشار كورونا وتأثيراتها المختلفة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ان ظهور وانتشار فيروس كورونا وما رافقه من شعور بالخوف والهلع وعدم الشعور بالأمن النفسي قد ساهم في زيادة مشاكل المعاق بمختلف مسمياتها وتصنيفاتها، كما ان الشعور بالأمن النفسي ضعيف عند المعاق بسبب واقع وطبيعة الخدمات المقدمة له، وزاد ضعف الشعور بالأمن النفسي مع ظهور وانتشار الفيروس بسبب ما يحمله من تهديد. This paper deals with the issue of psychological security as a life and psychological necessity and a humanitarian requirement, especially when we talk about a group suffering from the absence or weakness of psychological security in addition to the repercussions of the Corona outbreak on their lives.In this study, we adopted the descriptive analytical approach, after reviewing the literature that was written on the subject, especially with regard to the opinions and ideas of those who dealt with psychological security, and analyzing their scientific proposals to understand the topic, and trying to simulate these ideas realistically under the current circumstances represented by the spread of Corona and its various effects.The study concluded: that the emergence and spread of the Corona virus and the accompanying feeling of fear, panic and psychological insecurity may increase the problems of the different disabled, and the feeling of psychological security is weak for the disabled due to the reality and nature of the services provided to him, and the weakness of the feeling of psychological security increased with the emergence and spread of the virus and Threatening a person's life.
