تقييم مستوى الخدمات الصحية في الجزائر وآليات تحسينها

Abstract

This study aims to identify the reality of health services at batna and adressed to the nature of health services and various methods of evaluation by using servqual model and propose a set of techniques to improve this services. Among the results of this study is that servqual model contributes to assess the level of helth services Through dimensions wich customers use it And reflect their level of satisfaction and the techniques wich allow to improve this services. The study provided a set of proposals that will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided by Public health institutions of the Wilaya of Batna improving the quality of health services provided for the benefit of patients. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الخدمات الصحية بولاية باتنة، وذلك بالتطرق إلى ماهية الخدمة الصحية ومختلف أساليب وطرق تقييمها باستخدام نموذج (Servqual)، مع اقتراح مجموعة من الاليات لتحسين مستوى هذه الخدمات. يساهم في تقييم مستوى الخدمات الصحية من خلال الأبعاد التي يركز (Servqual) وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن نموذج عليها افراد المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية بولاية باتنة والتي تعكس مستوى رضاهم، اضافة الى أهم الآليات التي تسمح بتحسين هده الخدمات. وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الآليات التي من شأنها رفع كفاءة وفعالية الخدمات المقدمة من طرف المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية بولاية باتنة والمتعلقة بتحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمرضى.
