Abstract

امتاز المستهلك الجزائري منذ تبني الدولة سياسة الاقتصاد الحر بترجيح كفته واحتوائه بكل وسائل الحماية القانونية والتنظيمية والهيكلية، المتناسبة مع أنظمة الحماية الدولية، وهي على تنوعها وكثرتها، الأمر الذي يدفعنا للتساؤل حول مصدر هذه الترسانة القانونية وعن علاقتها التفاعلية بمكونات المجتمع، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، والبحث عن التأثيرات الدولية وانعكاساتها على السياسة التشريعية الوطنية في مجال حماية المستهلك ومدى استجابة المشرع الجزائري لهذه التأثيرات، ومظاهر استقلاليته بما يتلائم وخصوصية مجتمعه.Algerian consumers have benefited from all legal, regulatory and structural protection measures compatible with international protection systems, which are diverse and abundant, Leads us to question the source of this legal arsenal and the interactive relationship with the characteristics of the community, economic, social, and the search for international influences and their impact on the national legislative policy in the field of consumer protection and The extent of the Algerian legislator in response to these effects, and the manifestations of independence and intimacy to suit his community.
