المدارس التربوية التعليمية في ميزان المجالس الشعبية البلدية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع متعلق بدور المجالس الشعبية البلدية في دعم و تطوير المدارس التربوية، والتعليمية، وهذا من خلال تقديم تعريف شامل عن المجالس الشعبية البلدية، هذه الأخيرة التي تهتم بتسيير جميع شؤون البلدية، بهدف الاطلاع على كل ما يشغل المواطن و تحقيق المصلحة العامة لتصل بذلك إلى دعم المدارس التربوية من أجل أداء دورها في تنشئة الفرد خلقيا و جسديا و فكريا و تغرس فيه روح المواطنة والقومية و ترقيته، ونظرا لأهمية هذا القطاع وحساسيته عمل المشرع الجزائري على دعمه بكل الوسائل المختلفة ، و ذلك وفق المساهمات التي تدعم بها المدرسة والمؤسسات التعليمية بمختلف الجوانب المالية، التقنية و كذا الجانب التسييري من خلال وضع البرامج و المشاريع المدرسية، و كذا تجهيزها و دعمها بالأمن و الحراسة و الأدوات المختلفة من مواد نظافة، كهرباء، مياه، معدات الاتصال، و كذا دعم المدارس الابتدائية ببناء المطاعم المدرسية و تزويدها بالتجهيزات المختلفة.This study deals with a topic related to the role of the municipal people's councils in supporting and developing educational schools. We have provided a comprehensive definition of the municipal people's councils, the latter of which are concerned with running all municipality affairs. With the aim of seeing everything that concerns the citizen and achieving the public interest, in order to reach the support of educational schools in order to fulfill their role in raising the individual morally, physically and intellectually and instilling in him the spirit of patriotism and nationalism and his promotion. Given the importance of this sector and its sensitivity, the Algerian legislator has worked to support it with all different means, the most prominent of which is according to the contributions that the school supports from various financial and technical aspects as well as the management aspect in developing school programs and projects, As well as equipping and supporting them with security and guarding, and various tools such as cleaning materials, electricity, water and communication equipment, as well as supporting primary schools by building school restaurants and providing them with various equipment
