أثر الثورة التكنولوجيا للمعلومات والاتصالات في تطوير العمل الاداري بالجزائر

Abstract

تلعب تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة دورا رئيسا في إحداث التغيرات المختلفة على العمل الإداري، حيث ساهمت في تطوير الكثير من وظائف العمل الإداري وتطوير أساليبه وتوفير المعلومات في الوقت المناسب وبأقل التكاليف. وفي هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول الإجابة على إشكالية تتعلق بالأثر الذي تحدثه الثورة التكنولوجية للمعلومات والاتصالات في تطوير العمل الإداري بالجزائر، وهذا من خلال التطرق إلى جهود الدولة الجزائرية في مجال التحول نحو استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في مختلف المرافق العامة ومدى تأثيرها على الوظائف الإدارية الرئيسية كالتخطيط، والتنظيم إضافة إلى الرقابة والتوجيه وعلى العمل الإداري بصفة عامة. The modern information technology could play a main role to enhance administrative capabilities, and also developing administrative functions to be more smart and effectively, and facilitate access to information and keep saving valuable time of work within, and absolutely reduce the cost in this scientific paper I try to get an answer about the role of information and communications technology revolution on developing of administrative work in Algeria, seeking that by illustrate the efforts of the Algerian government in order to change the mode of function by using the information and communication technology tools in public service and administration for get more efficiency and how could effect on administrative functions like planning and guidance, and generally in administration service, this technology provide administration to avoid more losing of time and budget.
