خصوصيـة الإجـراءات الجماعيـة المطبقـة على البنـوك والمؤسسات الماليـة

Abstract

شهد القطاع البنكي في الجزائر العديد من المشاكل، والتي أثرت على استقرار السوق النقدي واستقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي والوطني . إن المعالجة الإدارية والقضائية لهذه المشاكل، كانت نتيجتها تصفية البنوك والمؤسسات المالية، ولكن الإجراءات الجماعية المتبعة في ذلك اتسمت بالغموض والتناقض في بعض الأحيان، وعليه نقسم هذه الورقة البحثية إلى محورين: يتضمن المحور الأول إنقاذ البنوك والمؤسسات المالية والمحور الثاني يتضمن إجراءات التصفية والإفلاس والتسوية القضائية . The Algerian banking sector has experienced many problems that have affected the stability of the money market and disturbed the attraction of foreign and local investment.
