العلاقة بين النظامين الديمقراطي والإسلامي رؤية في التأصيل المفاهيمي والأبعاد الممارساتية

Abstract

العلاقة بين الإسلام والديمقراطية كانت محل دراسات مستفيضة من قبل العلماء والمفكرين، وتباينت دراساتهم بين من اعتبر الديمقراطية جزءا من الإسلام وبين من اعتبرها نقيضاله، وعليه فإن دراسة هذا الموضوع تكتسي أهمية بالغة باعتبار أهمية المصطلحين في الساحة الفكرية والسياسية المعاصرة، وتحديد مفهوم المصطلحين بدقة، والتركيز على طبيعة كل من الحكم الديموقراطي والحكم الإسلامي، ثم إن البحث عن الفروق الجوهرية بين النظامين يقودنا إلى الحكم الموضوعي على علاقة الإسلام بالديمقراطية، وهو ما أفضى بنا إلى الوصول إلى نتيجة مفادها أن النظام الإسلامي في الحكم يختلف عن النظام الديمقراطي وإن اتفقا في بعض الجوانب والمظاهر.The relationship between Islam and democracy were the subject of extensive studies by scientists and thinkers, and varied studies among those considered democracy is part of Islam and those who considered antithetical and contrary to him, and therefore the study of this topic is of paramount importance as the importance of the two terms in the intellectual and political contemporary arena, and define the concept of the two terms carefully and focus on the nature of each of democratic governance and the Islamic rule, then the search for the fundamental differences between the two systems leads to objective judgment on the relationship between Islam and democracy, which is what led us to reach the conclusion that the Islamic system of governance is different from the democratic system, although they agreed on some aspects and manifestations.
