Abstract

يهدف نظام الحوكمة الفعال إلى حماية حقوق المساهمين وتسهيل ممارسة حقوقهم باعتبارهم ملاك وممولين أساسيين للشركة، انطلاقا من ذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر حماية حقوق المساهمين في تحسين الأداء المالي لشركة أن سي أ رويبة بالجزائر، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود أثر لحماية حقوق المساهمين في تحسين الأداء المالي لشركة أن سي أ رويبة، وفي ضوء النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم جملة من التوصيات أهمها تكريس الاهتمام بتنظيم وتسهيل ممارسة المساهمين لحقوقهم وضمان حمايتها. An effective governance system aims to protect shareholder rights, as they are primary owners and financiers of the company. the study aimed to identify the impact of protecting the rights of shareholders in improving the financial performance of NCA Rouiba, Algeria. the results of the study showed that there is no impact to protect the rights of shareholders in improving the financial performance of NCA Rouiba. In light of the results, a number of recommendations were presented; the most important is devoting attention to organizing and facilitating shareholders' exercise of their rights.
