الحــق في البيئـة مـن منـظـور إسـلامـي

Abstract

إن ما يتداول حاليا، عن حداثة المشكلات البيئية، ومن ثمة حق الإنسان في البيئة، وكذا دور القوانين الوضعية المعاصرة في ذلك المجال، لا يصدق من الحقيقة في شيء، ذلك أن قواعد الشريعة الإسلامية، قد تنبأت بتلك المشكلات، وأقرت بذلك الحق منذ أكثر من أربعة عشر قرنا من الزمان، فسبقت بذلك الدراسات المعاصرة، لاهتمامها بجميع جوانب الحياة البشرية، لاسيما الإنسان وبيئته، ويظهر ذلك من خلال تسخير المولى عز وجل كل ما في البيئة للإنسان، وكذا استخلافه على إدارة البيئة التي خلقها له، ولا يوجد أدل على ذلك من آيات القرآن الكريم.
