تقييم أداء الصناعة الصيدلانية بإستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن دراسة حالة مجمع صيدال

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم أداء مجمع صيدال باعتباره رائد صناعة الصيدلانية في الجزائر ، بإستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن ذلك بالاعتماد على مؤشرات أبعادها الأربعة ،تجمع مقاييس الأداء المالیة )المحور المالي (مع المقاییس التشغیلیة ) غیر المالیة ( للأداء ) العملاء، العملیات الداخلیة، النمو والتعلم ( .وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية بطاقة الأداء المتوازن على مستوى المجمع ، لما لها من دور في تحقيق رؤيتها و أهدافها الإستراتيجية . The study aimed to highlight the role of the balanced scorecard in evaluating the performance of Saidal Group as the pioneer of the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria, using the balanced scorecard based on the indicators of its four dimensions, combining financial performance measures (the financial axis) with operational (non-financial) measures of performance (customers), Internal processes, growth and learning. The descriptive analytical approach was relied upon for a case study on the applied side The study concluded the importance of the balanced scorecard at the level of the complex, because of its role in achieving its vision and strategic objectives.
