Abstract

تحظى مؤسسات التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي باهتمام دائم و متزايد في معظم المجتمعات المتقدمة و المجتمعات النامية باعتبارها الرصيد الاستراتيجي الذي تتم به تغذية المجتمع بكل احتياجاتة من الطاقة البشرية بهدف تنميةالحياة بمختلف مجالاتها وتوفير الرؤية العلمية و الفنية المتخصصة حول مختلف القضايا التي تتعلق بكافة مجالات التطور . يتضمن هذا المقال محاولة لتحديد موقع السلوك التنظيمي التعليمي بالمؤسسة الجامعية الجزائرية في إطار الجودة الشاملة العالمية وهذا من خلال قراءة تحليلية الهدف منها التطرق للكيفيات والاستراتيجيات التنظيمية و التعليمية الفعالة وذلك من أجل تحقيق أكبر قدر من الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية لضمان التكوين الجيد و تأمين ظروف الارتقاء به إلى مستوى العالمية استجابة للمتغيرات و التطورات التكنولوجية الحاصلة في العالم اليوم مواكبة للعصر وتطوراته. Higher education and scientific research institutions receive an increasing constant attention in most developed and developing communities as considered the strategic balance by which societies are supplied with necessary needs of human energy for developing all life fields and providing the specialized scientific technical vision about various issues related to all development fields. This article contains an attempt to identify the situation of the organizational and teaching behavior in the Algerian university institution within the framework of global world high quality through an analytic reading with an objective to discuss the efficient organizational teaching modalities and strategies to realize the highest degree of high quality in such institutions to secure a good training and to guarantee the best conditions to upgrade it to a high universal level responding to changes and current world technological developments and keeping up with today’s world developments.
