مقاربة نقدية لجدلية العلاقة بين علم الكلام وأصول الفقه

Abstract

قامت مدرسة المتكلمين الأصولية بنقلة نوعية في بنية علم أصول الفقه، بإضافتها لقوانين المنطق ومباحث اللغة وقضايا علم الكلام للمباحث الأصولية، مما جعل بنية هذا العلم أكثر غنى ونضجا وشمولا، كما أنه أصبح ميدانا رحبا للمناقشة العلمية الرصينة بعرض أدلة الخصوم ومناقشتها. وهذه الدراسة النقدية هي محاولة لاستنطاق جزء من التراث الأصولي الذي خلفته مدرسة المتكلمين الأصولية خصوصا في مراحل ازدهارها وإنتاجها العلمي الوافر للوقوف على حيثيات التداخل بين علمي الكلام وأصول الفقه، انطلاقا من دراسة مسألة عقدية مهمة شغلت الفكر الإسلامي ردحا من الزمن، الأمر يتعلق بمسألة كلام الله عز وجل التي أثارت نقاشا فكريا كبيرا خصوصا بين قطبي الفكر الكلامي المعتزلة والأشاعرة، ثم تتبع امتدادات هذه المسألة في المباحث الأصولية الفقهية للوقوف على مدى انعكاس الخلاف العقدي على تلك المباحث. If the former fundamentalist approach was limited to extrapolating texts and language laws, the speakers made a qualitative shift by adding logic, language and speech science, which made the structure of this science more rich, mature, and comprehensive. This research is an attempt to explore part of the fundamentalist legacy left by the school of fundamentalist speakers, particularly in its stages of prosperity and scientific production, to find out the reasons for the overlap between the two sciences. It follows from the follow-up of an important contractual issue that preoccupied Islamic thought.
