Abstract

لقد حاولت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على واحدة من اهم العلاقات الدولية في النظام الدولي الراهن، ألا و هي العلاقات الصینية الأمريكية و التي تتداخل مصالحهما في العدید من المناطق ومن بین المناطق منطقة شمال شرق آسيا و التي أتضح لنا أنها من أكثر مناطق العالم نشاطا على الصعید الاقتصادي و بیئة أمنية أكثر تعقیدا و احتوائها على لاعبین جیواستراتیجین لهم من الإمكانيات ما یجعلهم یتنافسون على الريادة الإقليمية، و الخطیر في الأمر أن هذه الدول منخرطة بصورة مباشرة في صراعات إقليمية يمكن أن تجر إلیها باقي القوى الكبرى في المنطقة. المكانة الجیوستراتیجية الهامة لمنطقة شمال شرق آسيا، وما لهما من إنعكاسات أمنية و اقتصادية على الصین و الولايات المتحدة جعل من الدولتین تتحركان في استراجیتهما وفق تحالفات (ثنائية، ثلاثية) و بما یخدم المصالح الجیوستراتیجية لهذه الدول، فالولايات المتحدة سعت إلى التأثیر على مسرح التفاعلات الأمنية في المنطقة إلا أنها وجدت صعوبة في لجم القوى الصاعدة في المنطقة و ممارسة سطوة القوة و التأثیر على مسرح التفاعلات الأمنية في المنطقة، و سعي دول مثل الصین و روسيا للعب دور فعال في هيكلة التفاعلات الإقليمية في منطقة شمال شرق آسيا. The study tried to shed light on one of the most important international relations in the current international system, which is the Sino-American relations, whose interests overlap in many regions, and among these regions is the Northeast Asia region, which it became clear to us that it is one of the most active regions in the world at the economic level and a security environment It is more complex and contains geo-strategic players with potential, which makes them compete for regional leadership. The dangerous thing is that these countries are directly involved in regional conflicts that could drag the rest of the major powers in the region. The important geostrategic position of the Northeast Asia region, and their security and economic repercussions on China and the United States made the two countries move in their strategy according to (bilateral, tripartite) alliances and to serve the geostrategic interests of these countries. The United States sought to influence the scene of security interactions in the region except It found it difficult to curb the rising forces in the region and exercise the influence of power and influence on the scene of security interactions in the region, and the efforts of countries such as China and Russia to play an effective role in the structure of regional interactions in the Northeast Asia region.
