الإستراتيجية البديلة للتنمية في البيئة العربية: إشكالية العلاقة بين التنمية والديمقراطية بين السياقات العولمية والمتطلبات المحلية.

Abstract

تعد العلاقة بين التنمية والديمقراطية من المواضيع الجدلية في الدراسات الأكاديمية المتخصصة، في سياق البحث عن أسبقية البناء والجذب التفاعلي بين الظاهرتين، الأمر الذي أثرى الدراسات التنموية والأبحاث في التنمية السياسية، واختلفت الطرحات في أسبقية التنمية وضرورة توفير الشروط الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للديمقراطية في مقابل الربط بين الحرية السياسية والتنمية الاقتصادية كمتغير تابع. غير أن التطورات النظرية والمفاهيمية في هذا المجال من الدراسات فصلت في الإشكال، حيث تم طرح فكرة وحدة البناء في سياق "التنمية الإنسانية" لجدلية البناء. هذه الدراسة ستجعل من الواقع العربي بيئة تطبيقية للبديل التنموي الجامع بين التنمية والديمقراطية، والبحث في أهم التحديات التي قد تعرقل تجسيده.The relationship between development and democracy is a controversial topic in the specialized academic studies, in the context of the research for the primacy of construction and interactive attraction between the two phenomena, which enriched the development studies and research in political development, and varied the thesis in the primacy of development and the need economic and social conditions of democracy in the relation of the link between political freedom and economic development as a dependent variable. However, the conceptual and theoretical developments in this field of studies detailed in certain problematic, where it was proposed the idea of the construction unit that is "human development" of the dialectic of construction. This study will make the Arab reality an environment of application of the alternative development between development and democracy, and the research in the most important challenges that may impede the incarnation.
