مكافحـة جـريمـة خطـف الطائـرات فـي ضـوء الاتفاقيـات الدوليـة المتعلقـة بالطيـران المـدنــي

Abstract

من المعلوم أن النقل الجوي هو أسهل وسائط النقل وأسرعها، لذلك فهو محل إقبال المسافرين، وقد بلغ قطاع النقل الجوي شأنا كبيرا لذلك عادة ما قد يتواجد فيها أو خارجها أشخاص ذو نزاعات شريرة يلجؤون إلى تسخيرها بطرق غيــر مشروعة بالسيطرة عليها واختطافها وتوجيهها الوجهة التي يريدونها بقصد بث الرعب والخوف لدى المتواجدين عليها وعلى كل من له علاقة بهم خارج الوسيلة "أقارب أو أصدقاء أو رأي عام أو حكــومات وغيـــرها" بالضغط عليهم لتحقيق أهداف يبتغيها الجناة. لذا كان تأمين هذا النقل من الهموم التي يعاني منها المجتمع بعد وقوع حوادث خطف الطائرات وعمل جاهدا في وضع اتفاقيات لمحاولته منع وقوع اختطاف الطائرات وتضييق الخناق على مرتكبيه وحماية راكبيها وتجريم مرتكبيها. Spread fear and fear among those who are present and all those who have a relationship with them outside the means "relatives, friends, public opinion or governments and others" by pressing them to achieve the goals desired by the perpetrators. Therefore, securing this transfer was one of the concerns of the society after the occurrence of the hijackings and worked hard to develop agreements to try to prevent the hijacking of the planes and tighten the screws on the perpetrators and protect the passengers and criminalize the perpetrators.
