Abstract

تعد ثنائية التفسير والفهم إحدى مخرجات النقاش الرابع بين المقاربات النظرية للعلاقات الدولية التي اصطفت على جانبي الإنقسام وضعي – ما بعد وضعي، وقد كان لها الأثر البارز في إعادة توجيه الحقل النظري من حيث الأسئلة المطروحة، المواضيع المدروسة، والمناهج المتبعة في ذلك، بل وفي إعادة تحديد مفهوم العلم ومقتضياته على جميع الأصعدة. نحاول من خلال هذا المقال فحص وتفكيك الإرتباطات القائمة بين مفاهيم الحقيقة، الوضعية، ما بعد الوضعية، وانعكاسها على التوجه نحو التفسير أو الفهم في دراسة العلاقات الدولية.
