Abstract

يتناول موضوع المقال تنظيم التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 لمدة رئيس الجمهورية، باعتباره رمز الدولة وأرفع منصب فيها، ومبدأ تأقيت مدة الرئاسة نجد أصله في النظم الجمهورية، لكن مسألة التجديد في المدة لفترات غير محددة من شأنه التأثير سلبا على نظام الحكم، وتغيير شكل النظام السياسي في الدولة .The subject of the article deals with the organization of the constitutional amendment for the year 2016 for the term of the President of the Republic, as the symbol of the state and the highest position therein, and the principle of delaying the term of the presidency is found in the republican systems, but the issue of renewing the period for indefinite periods would negatively affect the system of government and change the form of political system Country.
