المخالفـات المـروريــة وفقا لقانــون المــرور الجـديــد

Abstract

تعدّ الحوادث المرورية من أبرز المشكلات التي تواجهها الدول المعاصرة، لاسيما وأنّها في ارتفاع مستمر مخلفة خسائر مادية وبشرية، الأمر الذي دفع بهذه الدول لتبني سياسات قانونية للحد من تفاقم هذه الظاهرة، والجزائر واحدة من هذه الدول التي أصدرت نصوصا لتنظيم حركة المرور. فقانون المرور يهدف أساسا إلى تحقيق السلامة المرورية من خلال تنظيم حركة المرور الخاصة بالمركبات والسائقين والراجلين، لذا اهتمّ المشرع الجزائري بتدعيم المنظومة الردعية للتقليل من ارتكاب المخالفات المرورية من خلال جملة من التعديلات التي مست قانون المرور وآخرها القانون 05/17 وعليه تثور الإشكالية حول: مدى مسأهمة قانون المرور الجزائري لاسيما التعديل الجديد2017 في التصدي لمشكلة مخالفات المرور؟Trafics accidents are one of the most important problems faced by contemporary countries, especially in the fact that they are constantly on the increase, causing loss and human suffering. This has led them to adopt legal policies to curb the aggravation of this phenomenon. Algeria is one of those countries that issued traffic regulations. The traffic law aims primarily at achieving traffic safety by regulating the traffic of vehicles, drivers and pedestrians, so the algerian legislator took care to strengthen the deterrent system to reduce the commission of traffic violations through a number of amendments to the traffic law, most recently law 05-17, the extent of the contribution of the algerian traffic law, especially the new amendment 2017, to address the problem of traffic violations.
