أسس حرية الاعتقاد في الإسلام

Abstract

يعدّ موضوع الحرّية الدينية من أبرز الموضوعات حضورا في الساحة الفكرية المعاصرة، حيث جاءت الكثير من الدراسات لضبط مفهومها، وإبراز معالمها ومستوياتها، والكشف عن مقاصدها وحدودها في الشريعة الإسلامية...وقد اختلفت طبيعة معالجة مسائلها تبعا لتنوع المناسبات التي تناولت من خلالها موضوع الحرّية الدينية. وهذه الدراسة محاولة للكشف عن الأسس والأصول التي تأسست عليها حرية الاعتقاد في الإسلام، واستمدّت منها مشروعيتها، وهي التي يُفهم في ضوئها قيمة هذا النوع من الحرية، وتُدرك في ظلها أبعادها، وكذا الحفاوة الكبيرة التي حظيت بها في التشريع الإسلامي. وتدور إشكالية الدراسة حول ماهية الأسس التي ارتكزت عليها حرية الاعتقاد في الإسلام. وللإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية اتبعت في دراستي هذه على المنهج التحليلي من خلال ضبط مفهوم حرية الاعتقاد، وبيان الإطار المرجعي لها، والذي يكشف عن أبعادها وقيمتها الرفيعة في القرآن والسنة. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه لا يمكن فهم قيمة حرية الاعتقاد في الإسلام، وإدراك أبعادها، إلا بالوقوف على أسسها التي ترتكز عليها، والتي تعزّز النظرة التكريمية للإنسان. الكلمات الدالة: حرية الاعتقاد؛ الكرامة الإنسانية؛ سنة الاختلاف؛ الاقتناع Research Summary The issue of religious freedom is considered one of the most prominent topics present in the contemporary intellectual arena, as many studies came to control its concept, highlight its features and levels, and reveal its aims and limits in Islamic law ... The nature of dealing with its issues differed according to the variety of occasions during which the subject of religious freedom was addressed. . This study is an attempt to reveal the foundations and principles upon which freedom of belief in Islam is based, and from which it derived its legitimacy, and it is in the light of which the value of this type of freedom is understood, and its dimensions are perceived in light, as well as the great hospitality that it has received in Islamic legislation. The study's problem revolves around what are the foundations upon which freedom of belief in Islam was based. In order to answer this problem, I followed in my study this analytical method by controlling the concept of freedom of belief, and clarifying its frame of reference, which reveals its dimensions and its sublime value in the Qur’an and Sunnah. This study concluded that it is not possible to understand the value of freedom of belief in Islam, and to realize its dimensions, except by standing on the foundations on which it is based, and which reinforces the honorary view of the human being.
