Abstract

ويرجع سبب الفقد إلى إرادة الفرد التي تقوم على حريته في تغيير الجنسية الجزائرية والحصول على جنسية أجنبية، أو إرادة الدولة وذلك بتجريد مكتسب الجنسية الجزائرية منها أو سحبها للجنسية من المعني إذا توافرت أسبابها. ولفقد الجنسية الجزائرية آثار خاصة بالمعني وأخرى تمس التابعين له. ويقتصر إجراء الاسترداد وفقا للقانون الجزائري على من كانت له جنسية جزائرية أصلية وفقدها بأحد أسباب الفقدThe loss of Algerian nationality is foreign. The loss is due to the will of the individual who is based on his freedom to change Algerian nationality and to obtain a foreign nationality or the will of the state by stripping the acquired Algerian nationality or withdrawing it from the nationality concerned if the reasons are available. The loss of Algerian nationality has special effects on the meaning and others that affect its followers. In accordance with Algerian law, the procedure for restitution is limited to those who had an original Algerian nationality and lost one of the reasons for the loss
