الفســاد وعـلاقتــه بحـوادث المــرور

Abstract

يعتبر الحق في الحياة والحق في الصحة من أهم الحقوق التي يسعى الإنسان جاهدا للحفاظ عليهما لأطول مدة ممكنة، غير أن هذه الحـقوق قد تضيع من الإنسان ويفقدها في أية لحظة نتيجة حادث مرور، كان سببه الغير المباشر الفساد الذي استشرى في المنظومة المرورية. وعليه هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور الفساد في تفاقم حوادث المرور، وذلك من خلال محورين رئيسيين، حيث تضمن المحور الأول الإطار المفاهيمي للموضوع، في حين تضمن المحور الثاني دور الفساد في تفاقم حوادث المرور. هذا وقد خلصت هذه الورقة البحثية في الأخير إلى أن التزايد الهائل في حوادث المرور على مستوى العالم بصفة عامة وفي الجزائر بصفة خاصة، مرده للعديد من الأسباب التي سأهم فيها الفساد بمختلف أنواعه الدور البارز فيها، وذلك من خلال اسهامه في غرس وتنمية روح اللامبالاة واللامسؤلية وعدم إحترام القانون بصفة عامة وقانون المرور بصفة خاصة.health are the most important rights that the human, strives to preserve for as long as possible. This research paper aims to highlight the role of corruption in the aggravation of traffic accidents through two principal axes. The first one includes the conceptual framework of the subject, while the second one includes the role of corruption in the aggravation of traffic accidents This research paper concludes that the massive traffic accidents in the world in general and in algeria in particular are due to many motives in which corruption contributed in its different types a principal role in instilling and developing a spirit of indifference, responsibility and lawlessness in general and the traffic law in particular
