Abstract

كانت أفريقيا ولا تزال المنطقة الأكثر جذبا لمختلف القوى، لما لها من أهمية على المستوى الاقتصادي والامني والاستراتيجي، حيث تتوسط العالم، وتملك أكبر الخزانات للموارد الطبيعية في العالم – طاقوية، معدنية، مائية، بشرية- كل هذه تؤهلها لأن تكون مسرحا لتنافس القوى الخارجية سواء للحفاظ على مناطق النفوذ أو لكسب كمناطق نفوذ في هذه المنطقة الحساسة، وهذا باستعمال مختلف الأساليب والسياسات.
