الجهود الدولية في إطار مكافحة التغيرات المناخية

Abstract

لم تكن البشرية تعرف المشاكل البيئية بصورتها الحالية إلا بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية، وذلك بعد استخدام الأسلحة التي كان لها تأثير مباشر على البيئة مثل DDT* في الحربين العالميتين، وانتشرت الأخطار البيئية إلى البحر بعد تلوث أجزاء كبيرة من الساحل البريطاني نتيجة حادثة سفينة توري كانيون Torrey canyon التي انقسمت إلى نصفين وتسرب النفط الذي كانت تحمله، بعدها التفت العالم إلى البيئة بشكل جدي، وأصبح يعالج مشاكلها بشكل فعال وسريع فانتقل العالم من مشاكل البيئة على الأرض، إلى المشاكل البيئية في الهواء، فأصبح هناك مشكل المناخ، وطبقة الأوزون، فكانت قمة الأرض الأولى ريو سنة 1992، ثم اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية للمناخ، فبروتوكول كيوتو، ثم اتفاق باريس 2015 أول ميثاق عالمي بشأن المناخ. إن الهدف من دراسة هذا الموضوع هو تسليط الضوء على خطر التغيرات المناخية على كوكب الأرض، وانعكاس ذلك كله على التنمية المستدامة المسطرة من قبل الجمعية العامة سنة 2015، والتي يجب أن تتحقق بحلول سنة 2030. وقد توصلنا في النهاية إلى وجود جهود فعالة للتصدي للتغيرات السابقة Humanity did not experience environmental problems in their current form until The World War II, following the use of weapons that had a direct impact on the environment, such as DDT, which was used in both world wars. The objective of this study is to highlight the dangers of climate change on planet Earth and its impact on sustainable development, as defined by the General Assembly in 2015, which must be achieved by 2030. The study requires addressing the following questions: In light of the environmental challenges facing humanity due to climate change, what risks does this pose to the security of societies and their ability to achieve sustainable development, now and in the future? finally we found that an effective efforts were made to address these changes
