الصيغ الإقتصادية المعاصرة لتطوير الوقف

Abstract

The study gives a proposal of an endowment corporation gathering between endowment financing formulas and its investing formulas,as it is considered the building up of endowment banks big step to transfer the endowment from the idividiul management and simple endowment investments to collective management and big investments. And this proposal came after studing both of the tradional formulas of endowment investing and the new formulas for its financing and investments,and the confirmation on this first doesn't add a plus in arrested origin to the endowment capital,it is aims just fo fix what ruined it, and works on securing its expenses,as for the novelty styles and ways of financing and investing in endowment section and its corporation is aims basically to increase the endowment capital and its investments and it is such ad a diligance and attempt to ameliorate the performance of this section. قدمت الدراسة مقترحا لمؤسسة وقفية تجمع بين صيغ تمويل الاوقاف و صيغ استثماراتها المعاصرة، اذ يعد انشاء البنوك الوقفية خطوة عملاقة نحو نقل الوقف من الادارة الفردية و الاستثمارات البسيطة للاوقاف الى الادارة الجماعية و الاستثمارات الضخمة. و جاء هذا المقترح بعد دراسة كلا من الصيغ التقليدية لاستثمار الوقف و الصيغ الحديثة لتمويله و استثماراته، و التاكيد على ان هذه الاولى لا تضيف غالبا الى راس مال الوقف زيادة في اصل الموقوف، فهي تهدف فقط الى اصلاح ما خرب منه و العمل على تامين نفقاته، اما الاساليب و الطرق التمويلية و الاستثمارية المستجدة في قطاع الاوقاف و مؤسساته فهي تستهدف اساسا زيادة راس مال الوقف و استثماراته، و هي من قبيل الاجتهاد و المحاولة لتحسين اداء هذا القطاع.
