المخاطر الأمنية للهجرة غير الشرعية على المهاجر في عصر السيولة: ظاهرة الاتجار بالبشر نموذجا

Abstract

هدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على المخاطر الأمنية التي تواجه المهاجر غير الشرعي من خلال أحد الظواهر الأمنية الخطيرة التي يتعرض لها هذا المهاجر وهي ظاهرة الاتجار بالبشر، انطلاقا من الرؤية التي قدمها المفكر زيجمونت باومان في مقاربته المعاصرة عن الحداثة السائلة، وللإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة وبلوغ أهدافها اتبعتنا المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلنا إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات منها أن المقولات الأساسية التي جاءت بها الحداثة في أرض الواقع أوجدت ثقافة استهلاكية تستخدم تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة لتسليع الواقع الاجتماعي بما في ذلك الإنسان نفسه بالترويج إلى ثقافة سائلة تربط بين الحضارة، والاستهلاك بصورة جعلت الكثير من البشر يهاجرون في قوارب الموت بحثا عن عالم الأحلام والحضارة، والرفاه ليجدوا العديد من المخاطر التي تهدد سلامتهم النفسية والجسدية من خلال تحويلهم إلى سلع يتاجر بها، وبأحلامهم وتمتهن كرامتهم الإنسانية في زمن يقوم نظامه الأخلاقي على تقديم الأنانية الفردية على أي مصلحة جماعية. This research paper aims to identify the security risks facing illegal immigrants through one of the serious security phenomena affecting them, namely, trafficking in human beings. Based on the vision presented by the thinker Zygmunt Baumann in his contemporary approach on liquid modernity, and to answer the questions of the study and achieve its objectives, we followed the descriptive approach. We have reached several conclusions, including the fundamental statements of modernity on the ground based on a consumer culture that uses modern communication technology to commodify social reality, namely the human being himself, by promoting a liquid culture linking civilization and consumption. It has made many humans migrate in death boats in search of the world of dreams, civilization, and well-being to find several threats to their psychological and physical well-being by turning them into goods to be traded. Their human dignity is disregarded in a time when moral order offers individual selfishness over any collective interest
