الأداء المؤسساتي لمكافحة جرائم الفساد ( الجزائر نموذجا)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تبيان الأداء المؤسساتي للهيئات المنوط بها مكافحة الفساد والتي أقرها المشرع الجزائري في إطار سياسته المنتهجة في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة، فضلا عن الترسانة القانونية التي إعتقدت في هذا المجال تم استحداث هيئات متخصصة تعنى بمكافحة الظاهرة كل وإختصاصها، غير ان هناك عراقيل تحول دون تأدية هذه المؤسسات لمهمتها الموكلة لها ما يحتاج الأمر إلى تعزيز إستقلاليتها عن السلطة التنفيذية، وترسيخ مبدأ المشاركة في التسيير، فضلا عن العمل على اعمال مبدأ الشفافية في عمل هذه الهيئاتThe study aimed to identify the institutional performance of the bodies entrusted with the fight against corruption and approved by the Algerian legislature as part of his policy made known in the fight against this dangerous phenomenon, as well as the legal arsenal adopted in this area have been developed specialized bodies dealing with the fight against the phenomenon of each jurisdiction, but there are obstacles to these institutions perform its task entrusted to her what it needs to enhance its independence from the executive branch, and to establish the principle of participation in governance, as well as working on the work of the principle of transparency in the work of these bodies
