Abstract

سعت الجزائر إلى عصرنة وتطوير المرافق العمومية بشكل عام ومرفق العدالة بشكل خاص، وهذا بإدخال تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال في جميع نشاطاته الادارية والقضائية، في ظل ما يمسى برقمنة المرفق العام، ومنه نحاول في هذه الدراسة معرفة الاطار القانوني لرقمنة مرفق العدالة وكذا معرفة أهم تطبيقاته في الجزائر.Algeria sought to modernize and develop public facilities in general and the justice facility in particular because of its importance in achieving justice and the application of the law and thus the continuation of the state. To study the legal framework of digitization of the justice facility as well as its most important applications in Algeria.
