Abstract

تلوث البيئة البحرية يمثل تحدياً كبيراً يواجه المجتمع الدولي، نتيجة للاستغلال غير المنظم لموارد البحار وتراكم النفايات والمواد الضارة. هذا التحدي يشكل خطراً على البيئة والعالم بأسره، مما يستدعي اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة وتبني تشريعات قوية على المستوى الدولي والوطني. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض السياسات والتشريعات القانونية المتعلقة بحماية البيئة البحرية، سواء كانت تدابير وقائية أو إصلاحية، على المستويين الدولي والوطني، بهدف الحد من آثار التلوث والحفاظ على البيئة البحرية للأجيال الحالية والمستقبلية. Pollution of the marine environment represents a major challenge facing the international community, as a result of the unregulated exploitation of marine resources and the accumulation of waste and harmful materials. This challenge poses a threat to the environment and the entire world, which requires urgent action and the adoption of strong legislation at the international and national levels. This study aims to review policies and legal legislation related to the protection of the marine environment, whether preventive or remedial measures, at the international and national levels, with the aim of reducing the effects of pollution and preserving the marine environment for current and future generations
