Properties of Crystalline Defects

Abstract

This course is intended primarily for L3 Materials Physics. The content of this course material corresponds to the official program. This course handout is divided into three (03) chapters. The first chapter is essentially devoted introduction to solid state. In the second chapter, we present the defects in crystals. In the third chapter, we describe the influence of irradiation on defect population. هذه المطبوعة مخصصة بشكل أساسي لطلاب السنة الثالثة ليسانس فيزياء المواد. محتوى هذه المادة التعليمية يتوافق مع البرنامج الرسمي. ينقسم ملخص هذه المطبوعة إلى ثلاثة (03) فصول. الفصل الأول مخصص أساسًا لمقدمة في الحالة الصلبة. في الفصل الثاني، نقدم العيوب في البلورات. أما في الفصل الثالث، نصف تأثير الإشعاع على مجموعة العيوب.
