آليـات واستـراتيجيـات تـرقيـة الأمـن البيـئي

Abstract

تعمل الاستراتيجيات البيئية على تحقيق أهداف بيئية محددة عن طريق تحديد المناهج والأدوات المطلوبة، مدعومة بخطط الأمن البيئي والتي تشكل الوسيلة المنفذة لخطط وبرامج تلك الاستراتيجيات ومساعدة في تحقيق أهدافها. وعليه فان آليات واستراتيجيات ترقية الأمن البيئي تتطلب بناءات اجتماعية ونشاطات اقتصادية، وأنماط انتاجية واستهلاكية، وتقنيات تعمل على استدامة البيئة وتمكين الجيل الحالي وتحسين حياته مع ضمان حياة ملائمة للأجيال القادمة، ولتحقيق ذلك لابد من اعادة صياغة النشاطات الحالية او ابتكار اخرى جديدة على أن تكون مقبولة ثقافيا وممكنة اقتصاديا وعادلة اجتماعيا، وملائمة بيئيا وقابلة للتطبيق سياسيا. Environmental strategies, works to achieve specific environmental objectives by identifying approaches and tools required, backed plans for environmental security, which constitute the means implementing plans and programs of those strategies and help achieve its goals. Accordingly, the strategies and environmental security upgrade requires social constructs and economic activities, patterns of production and consumption, and techniques of working on environmental sustainability and the empowerment of the current generation and improve his life while ensuring adequate life for future generations, and to achieve it has to be recast current activities or other new innovation that mechanisms be culturally acceptable and economically feasible and socially just and environmentally appropriate and viable politically.
