Abstract

تُعتبر المنطقة الدولية محط أنظار جميع الدول، خاصة الدول المتقدمة صناعيا وهي التي طالبت بالأخذ بعين الاعتبار النفوذ الاقتصادي والوسائل التقنية التي تملكها، وهو ما دفع بدول العالم الثالث والدول الحبيسة والمتضررة جغرافيا منها إلى السعي لتأكيد موقفها الجماعي اتجاه هذه الدول الصناعية لجعل المنطقة تراثا مشتركا للإنسانية.The international zone is considered as the focus of attention of all countries, especially the industrialized countries that demanded taking into consideration the economic influence and the technical means they possess which led to the third world countries and the geographically disadvantaged countries to confirm their collective position towards these industrialized countries to make it a common heritage of humanity.
